Disappointment

I have definitely had way way more cheaper rooms that were immaculate and newly renovated for way less price than what I paid to stay here because it was the best Western it was my birthday as well disappointed

It needs to be updated. New showers new tubs, new lighting. It reminded me of old people’s home or old people’s living apartment. And I was under the impression that there was a swimming pool because that’s what exactly I was looking for. That’s the reason I booked the room no pool.

If you travel by car, it is a good choice

Good location in Torrance (not LA). Free parking. Quite. You can easily drive to Redondo Beach, Walmart, CVS, shopping mall, fuel, restaurants… Around 25’ to LAX Airport (please note heavy traffic at airport so you should go early)

Breakfast: nothing changes daily Late check out at 6pm: charge a full night

Rien à redire. Notre hôtel depuis des années. Personnel très agréable. Petit déjeuner copieux, chambres spacieuses très propres. Emplacement parfait pour qui veut faire du shopping, aller vers les plages et être au calme dans un endroit tranquille proche de beaucoup de commodités.

Once again another great stay at this hotel, stayed 06/10 - 06/11 and I just can't ever say enough great things about the staff and the hotel, we came to L. A. last minute so didn't book a room the day before we arrived at 5:00 a.m. and called many many hotels to see if they would let us check in early instead of having to wait till 12:00 noon or 3:00 p. m. unfortunately no hotel wood let us check in that early I even afford to pay a fee cause some hotel will ask you to pay $50 to let you check in early but in L. A. 12:00 seems to be the earliest check in, we had already been on the road for 2 hours didn't want to sit in the car till noon then I remembered to call my favorite hotel when I'm in L. A. the Best Western in Torrance and like always they didn't disappoint a lovely young lady named Karina answered the phone I told her I really need a room right away that if there was anyway she could help me out she said let me check if I have anything available which they did I told her I would like to book the room and how much was the fee for checking in early she said it's ok I won't charge you a fee 🤯you can book the room with me or online I did it online because it offered the 1 bedroom suite, unfortunately due to some BS I wasn't able to check in early I was worried that my reservation would be cancelled since I didn't show up when I said I would I ended up checking in at 9 or 10 p.m.but luckily my reservation was there another wonderful young lady unfortunately I didn't get her name was there and made sure my check in went smoothly.

Everything was PERFECT including the free breakfast, so no complaints here.

The location isn't bad if you're working in Torrance, otherwise it's a little out the way. Free parking is a plus as most place charge around $20 a night. Free breakfast was also a bonus, although pretty basic

Old noisy aircon, so didn't use it. Noisy fridge you couldn't turn off. Rooms are hot but you can't leave the window open as there's a lot of traffic noise, sirens, people weed trimming at 6am in the morning

Consistent service.

Friendly staff, breakfast is very good and consistent. Location worked great for my work needs. Close enough to the aiport without being too close.

Wifi didn't work well for me during my last stay.

A good choice!

We stayed here for a week and I would recommend this hotel. Good breakfast and welcoming staff. The rooms has good standard and everything you need! Proximity to shopping mall and restaurants!

2 queen suite with sleeper sofa was perfect for a family of 5 (2 adults, 3 children). Complimentary breakfast was nice.

Breakfast was very good. Service staff was very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were tidy, clean and comfortable. There were stores and restaurants within walking distance.

Excellent Breakfast! Everything was clean. Smell in Lobby inviting. Suite was Excellent. We needed to be able to close door to bedroom. Plenty of room!

Needed a full mirror other than right behind sink. There was three of us getting dressed for wedding and we were all needing a mirror but we rotated. It was fine but would have been better with a mirror in other room as well even of it was not a full mirror.

Not planning to stay there again

Breakfast was very good. Several good ethnic food nearby restaurants. Room was clean.

The hotel building is pretty old and dated. Our room was near the housekeeping storage room, and it was not very quite during the day. We arrived at 1:15 pm on March 31, and asked if our room is ready and were told that it was. After leaving our luggage in the room we immediately went for lunch in a restaurant near the hotel. We returned at about 2:30 pm. I was surprised that we were charged $30 for early check in, since the receptionist did not say anything about the early check in fee. If we were aware of this extra fee we would have left our luggage with the receptionist and come back at 3 pm (regular check in time). The property responded that we were informed in advance that there will be a fee for check in between 1 and 2 pm on February 18. This message was sent via Booking.com and I have not seen it. I think that we should be advised of this fee at the time of check in.

A very enjoyable stay and great vakue for money, I would stay there again and recommend others to do

The location was very convenient for us as we were visiting family, and the shopping mall was within walking distance. The rooms were nice and spacious, and the breakfast variety was excellent. The staff at the hotel were very helpful and so were the breakfast room staff and cleaners.

The air conditioning is very powerful (very cool), it would be good if the temperature could be controlled. The breakfast room was only open from 6-9am, it would be good to extend this to 6-10am.

Front desk agent was awesome we were allowed to check in early when I called ahead of time.👍🏽

Breakfast was awesome & delicious everything was filled with all the food items with several to choose from.. Food area was clean as well as the table & chairs to sit. The workers were nice & kind & greeted us with a smile.

Not good!!!!

Almost everything. Walls so thin the guest next door kept us awake all night snoring. Room was very very small. Mattress left us with back and neck distress.

Friendly, comfortable and safe!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. When my plans changed they were able to help with an extra 4 nights. Great location with heaps of food and shopping close by. Breakfast was bigger than I expected with lots of options.

The only thing I didn't really like was the dirty hallway. Not every day but that's the only thing I noticed.
