A very nice hotel to stay in.

We liked the breakfast and drinks 24/7.We also used the pool often in our stay which was very nice.

The location was ok since it took a long time to get to other places while we were in our vacation.

Enjoyed our time there and would definitely return

We chose the hotel because of its location and that it was dog friendly. The beds were comfortable and the rooms and lobby were very clean.

Great location to base out of in the Finger Lakes!

The location in Penn Yan was central our travels in the Finger Lakes region. Travel times to Victor, Auburn, Seneca Falls were one hour or less . Breakfast was very good. A nice selection for all dietary needs.

Would definitely stay here again.

Good location close to downtown and lake front properties.

Little disappointed in breakfast, not much variety just about same thing each morning, omlet bacon and potato . Even though per day rate was higher on weekend, I did not receive any more accommodations.

The room is very clean. Front desk people are super nice. Breakfast is pretty good too.

Just bad luck, in total 3 nights stay, my room(216) didn’t have WiFi. I had to either go to lobby whenever I need to check things online.

A few tweaks, and it would have been perfect!

The staff were great! The breakfast was good! Hot food is always a bonus! The hotel was clean.

The room was nice, but I recommend asking not to be in the room under the stairs. I felt like Harry Potter when the cousin stomped down the stairs. Only at all hours of the day/night. Also, all doors slam! Loudly!

Great stay!

This hotel did not disappoint at all! Great location, the staff was great, accommodations were great, and the breakfast was the best we have had at a hotel in a long time! They have a pancake machine!! LoL the pool area was a hot crowded because a birthday party was down there, hut other then that perfect!!! Definitely staying here again if needed.

Pleasantly surprised for the value and the excellent accommodations including breakfast, free bottle

There was plenty of bacon. There were good choices of food. The mini omelettes weren't bad either.

I would preferred fresh coffee instead of the coffee concentrate. I would have enjoyed more choices for breakfast meat such as sausage or ham in addition to the bacon. I would've preferred scrambled eggs.

amazing staff and cleanliness

the staff was extremely friendly while checking in and during our whole stay the breakfast bar was very nice had lots of variety the juice and coffee was available 24/7 there were lots of towel available at the pool whenever we went the fitness room was very well maintained staff listened to our requests for extra towels that we made when booking the property

Decent stay but could have been way better, will not stay at this location again.

Staff was very friendly, lobby was beautiful.

Very thin walls seemed like they were made out of paper, could hear everything inside and out. Blood was on the bathroom door (see picture) along with many stains on the floor (see picture.) Two out of our three nights we could smell marijuanna in the hallways and it smelled in our room as well. Bed was very hard and not comfortable.
