There was hair in the tub, the back of the toilet was missing, room was not clean, tv and microwave didn't work at all no remote if it did no toilet paper towels or washrags and couldn't get any from staff. staff wasn't helpful at all for anything and had attitude when speaking and texting with me only offered a refund at 1am instead of giving us a new room

The location was the only good thing about this property.
One room key for four guests. Dirty. Mold staining on sheets. No breakfast. Microwave didn’t work. Shower didn’t even have a handle. A small lever was sticking out to turn on the water. Scorching hot or cold water temperature with awful water pressure. Shower curtain was ripped at the top. No housekeeping. Had to ask the front desk for towels. According to front desk(good luck speaking to someone, the front desk is left unattended for hours) the towels weren’t ready and would be taken to our room once they were. Never got towels delivered to our room. We were hoping that the next morning we could pick up towels from the front office to shower. Next morning, no towels. Had to purchase towels from Walmart to even shower. Management or the owner needs to step in.

We found a bed bug right off the bat sheets was filthy floors hadn’t been cleaned the box springs cover was nasty there was blood splatter on the walls in both rooms there was no blankets on the beds . They did move us from 242 which was a 3 bedroom to two rooms #213 and 214 we didn’t have but one blanket there and a total of 2 towels and no wash rags and was told they didn’t have any more towels or wash rags or pillows or blankets. The rooms were cleaner but not like they should but we didn’t have a shower head it was just a metal pipe hanging. Which was real hard to shower. We informed the front office but was never fixed. Room 213’air didn’t work and the front desk said they would get maintenance to look at it and bring a fan my sister told the man at front that she had a heart condition and was wearing a heart monitor and the guy said he couldn’t find a fan and maintenance hadn’t came so they was moved to room 203 Sunday night only one side of the air conditioner worked. Also the reservation said continental breakfast and we were informed that the dinning room was being renovated so they had coffee and a granola bar. So that put an expense no one was counting on because all of us had to buy our breakfast every morning that we wasn’t expecting to buy

Only 1 towel in the room TV didn't work out whole stay. We advised front desk as soon as we arrived. Nothing was done about it. Had to go down 2 times to ask for towels. No top blankets just sheets.

We never got to stay. We selected the option to pay at the hotel and instead they tried to charge my card. We spoke to the bookings staff and they fixed everything for us, but they at the hotel refused to take what bookings staff had done and were still trying to charge us when they cancelled us.
The two women at the front were extremely rude. I have never been so angry before. They refused to do their job and look to see if there was a room available after all the drama listed above.

They could have been more polite and helpful the first room I got was nasty and the TV didn't work the Night girl kept giving me different remotes which didn't work it also had bedbugs so the next day they just switched me to a different room no better it was dirty I found previous people socks it had mold and I have breathing problems so it was hard to breathe the swimming pool was breaking apart glass in the parking lot my boyfriend stepped on it barefooted heading to the pool there dumpster was overflowing old furniture setting out everywhere and the room keys opened everyone's door so we didn't feel safe slept with a chair up against the door and I have video proof of all this so I haven't been able to breathe right since I have an appointment with my Dr on July 5 and if anything is worse I will contact a lawyer

The maid came in our room without knocking the morning of checkout more than a hour before checkout. We were getting ready and she just came on in. No one was available to talk to at the desk. The lobby was deserted. I emailed and no response.

The room was dirty, it had mold behind the beds. Carpet was sticky it was so dirty. Didn't have towels for the first 2 days because of an issue. Stayed on the 3rd floor with 2 handicap people and elevator stopped working day 2 of 5. Countless more issues to mention but would rather stay elsewhere from now on.

Every towel we got had a stain on it.
They were remodeling and I guess had just remodeled the room we were put in and I had to use one of their wash rags and get on my hands and knees and scrub the floor because it was so dirty from the previous construction that my kids couldn’t even walk around barefoot or with socks on. We got one towel and two wash rags in the room when we arrived. For 5 people. Someone tried to open my door 3 times in one night in the middle of the night. Even with the air conditioner running all day long it still wasn’t cold in there at all. The bed was so unbelievably uncomfortable. My husband and I had to take Tylenol as soon as we got up every morning because the beds were so hard it was like sleeping on a brick. We’re 30, we don’t have back problems. Even my kids backs were hurting when they woke up. Parking lot full of potholes

Oh where do I begin?
The first night we arrived no water so we told the front desk guy just shrugged his shoulders at us. Next day figured it would've been fixed nothing. Told the man at the front desk again. He just said OK. He was to busy on his phone to even care. 5 days later (we stayed 5 days) still no water!!!!!!!!!! The bathtub wasn't even clean from previous guest absolutely disgusting. Hair every where in the tub. The remote batteries died we had to go out and buy our own batteries. The floor was absolutely disgusting. We bought our own cleaning supplies and it still didn't get up what ever was on that nasty floor. The only good thing I can say is the air conditioner (I like to sleep with the air on 60 even during the winter) my family absolutely hates me for that but the air conditioner got extremely cold. I think that was the only good thing that I can say about this hotel

In my reservation under special request I asked for a handicap room, when I arrived I was told that they didn't have a handicap room or a room on the first floor. I had to go to another hotel. After checking my credit card statement I found that I had been charged for a room. I contacted the hotel and was tyotal that there was nothing that they could do about it. DONOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS HOTEL

I made reservations and the night before we had a death in the family and I had to go through booking.com to cancel. My understanding was that I probably wouldn't get the first night refunded but I should have received the 2nd night back. I contacted the property and they told me I would have to talk to Amanda (the manager). I called and talked to her the first time and she said she would see what she could do. She told me to text her my name and the reason cause she wasn't at work at the time. So I have texted and called many many times since then and she won't even have the decency to let me know anything. I won't ever deal with this property again cause they have no compassion. She couldn't take 2 minutes of her time to at least answer. She's the rudest and most unfeeling person I've ever talked to. So my advice is go somewhere else because if you need help with anything you sure won't get it from them
