Good value in Juneau - will stay here again

Ample space and pleasant staff. Suited my needs.

It's a little rough around the edges in spots (there was a punch mark in the door of my room), and a little hotter/louder than ideal, but all in all a good stay nevertheless.

convenient , great shuttle service

location was excellent as was the kitchen and amount of space in the unit.

our kitchen was not equipped with silverware, dishes or pans. These were provided on request but for a place with kitchens we anticipated those it’s would be there to begin with.

Superb

Location was great. I didn't take advantage of the breakfast I kind of forgot about it but I was good.

There were no hangers in the room and the bed might have been a little old but it was still comfortable. For having a full kitchen there could have been a few more plates and glassware also the coffee wasn't stocked but I didn't have the hotel stay. Was great.

Hotel needs updating and better cleaning

Really appreciated the transportation to/from airport and ferry.

The rooms/hotel is really out of date and not clean. Location of room 2117 is terrible because of traffic to Dominos and because of the parking lot lights and blinds on the window that need to be updated because they let in too much light for someone to sleep. The door to the other section is right outside this room so you have people coming and going with door slamming at all hour. I found hair in the bath tube and around the bathroom floor and the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes.

while I love Domino’s pizza. it is very busy with vehicle traffic till around 1:30 am.

Separate Rooms Ideal

The Philipine restaurant connected to the hotel is marvelous serving both traditional Philippine foods and American breakfasts and sandwiches. We really enjoy the wonderful kitchen facilities and separate rooms for sleeping and socializing.

We really didn't have any ideas or suggestions for improvement.

Disappointing

Friendly, helpful front desk staff. Glad they had a shuttle service.

Shuttle driver was not good a communicating when we were picked up from the airport. Heat in the room would not shut off so room was very hot. Room had a full kitchen but there were no cups or any other utensils. Room was showing age and not very well kept up. Room did not feel clean. Finding the room was not easy, glad they gave us a map. Not worth the price in my opinion.

Fantastic Restaurant downstairs from the rooms.

The new restaurant downstairs serves Philipine food that is absolutely delicious. So the location to the hotel is within walking distance. This makes it very convenient when a traveler is on foot.

We didn't experience anything we didn't like.

Was upgraded on the room because of the room that I was assigned for first was NOT CLEAN. Housekeepers didn't do the room.

That the front desk guy was falling asleep well I was at the desk getting another night.

If I ever visit Juneau again, Frontier Suites will be my prime choice.

In addition to being very handy for every place I wanted to visit in Juneau, this understated hotel also had a good pizza joint next door, plenty of parking, and truly huge roooooms. I had a suite, for the price (my POV) of a normal double-bed room. And it was maybe twice the size of an Extended Stay setup.

I can't think of a thing I'd improve. There's just nothing more. You ask for more, but it was superb. Stop being so insecure.

I always enjoy staying there the staff is helpful, friendly and understanding.

the stay was great and Mitch was the best and understanding. The front desk staff was very nice, helpful, and also understanding. Mitch was wonderful and accommodating. I ended up having to stay a few extra days and it was no problem.

There is really nothing I disliked about the property.

Thank You for the privacy and information of the city.

The kitchen and dining room was spacious.

When we checked in, the garbage was not taken out and the whole apartment was dirty from garbage to the towels left behind the bathroom door and the sheets weren’t changed and not vacuumed. Then the second room given to us had no heat and we had the room 2301 which was nicer. The second night we had no heat which was the whole building but gratefully they fixed that problem because it was cold there. The rest of the stay was nice with the warmth of our room for the next 3 nights.
