The room was a decent size. Bed was reasonably comfortable. Having two full height closets, one for each person was quite nice. This hotel was perfect for our stay while we attended the Blister Summit 2024. The microwave and full dish set for two was a nice touch.

Breakfast was not included, but they had some grab and go items available at the bar. Parking was $30/night. The shower pressure was slightly lacking. And I believe the fan in the bathroom was at knee level by the sink which was odd. The room seemed a bit dated but overall was okay. No freezer in the mini-fridge. We had tacos one night at Jose and would not recommend.

It was definitely not a $325 plus a night room. I travel a lot and it was not up to the price. Shower fixture was not mounted to wall, towel rack was falling off, no ice bucket, room was hot even with fan at full blast and the most offensive part was they wanted to charge me $30 to park overnight in their parking garage after paying $366 plus fees for a room. I am sure that's a great scam but I was having it. So I had to park down the hill from the hotel and walk back. Again not a luxury facility at all. Will not be using then again. Fair warning to future guests.

Dog friendly and rooms were quiet.

Parking was expensive, a maintenance person was still working in our room when we opened the door, there was no information given about local events, restaurants, entertainment. The hotel needs updating

The rooms are nice, it is a nice location.

The restaurant was terrible. Didn't care for all the dogs and barking, also found dog hair on the bedding.

The staff are very friendly. This is a beautiful hotel in a great location. The amenities are fantastic!

I was there for work and like to workout early in the morning on work days. The gym is not open 24/7, neither is the sauna. The outdoor hot tub gate was locked too.

Parking was tight and they charged $30 per day....Boooo.... Hot tubs were small and packed with people.

Jose’s restaurant was TERRIBLE. Every meal eaten there was served cold on a hot plate, FOH staff were lazy, untrained, and only seemed to care about you if you were a friend or family, in which I had to ask for service and mediocre at best, along with no one introducing themselves. BOH COOKS made my breakfast which was ok but undercooked sausage links. for dinner my burger I ordered was well done with American cheese when I asked for med/rare and cheddar, it took 30+ minutes in a maybe 20% full restaurant and when it came out second time was medium at best still with American cheese. bleach blonde hostess has a super bad attitude and could care less how long it took to get service. Carlos brought out chips and salsas which we asked to come out with beverages, and 5 minutes later our meal we ordered came out and then 15 minutes more our drinks came out. what is going on here? I personally grew up and have worked in the industry 90% of my life and I thought that I had eaten and had terrible service before, this place is at the top of my list now. Also, nearby places in the evening are closed early and if open, have terrible FOH with bad attitudes, like I said, unless you were friends, family, or local.
