It was very convenient to the University of Florida where our granddaughter was attending swim camp. The staff was wonderful, and the setting was amazing. It was like taking a step back into time.

The breakfast was very good! They had many options and it was one of the best free breakfasts I have ever had offered by an inn.

The pool could have been cleaned out a bit better.

it is an absolutely adorable place, nicely landscaped. Breakfast is top notch.

The bed was a little hard, and the pillows were a little too soft, but everything else was wonderful

The staff were extremely nice, but the place was definitely not clean. I would not say that again.

My shower didn't drain and was covered with long dark hairs.

Lovely cottage, something different

Sarah's cottage was lovely and quaint, everything you would need was provided, along with a lovely porch and rocking chairs to enjoy sitting in the evening. Was so much nicer than a hotel room.

Breakfast was not what we expected, no cereal, no white or brown bread for toast, a few sweet cake like items, and the cooked breakfast was strange.

Beautifull historic buildings. Lovely large rooms with very comphy beds and nicely furnished. We arrived late, but that was no problem. Garden is beautifull, breakfast is nice and we enjoyed the swimming pool.

Beautiful grounds and rooms. Lovely stay.

The property is beautiful and we went on a day when it was pretty quiet. It was comfortable. I look forward to returning.

I didn't like that the Linens were heavily fragranced. I did talk to them about it and was pleased that they were concerned about this and hadn't thought about it being a problem. They let me know that we could fix it going forward and I could request Linens that are unscented and they may even do away with the scented Linens going forward.

What's not to like about Sweetwater Branch? Wonderful Victorian architecture and well appointed rooms. Tasty hot breakfast in the morning on the veranda. Wine and cheese in the afternoon; we sat by the pool to enjoy ours. Beautiful grounds. Close to many great restaurants.

My complaint isn't about the hotel, more the booking. We stayed for four nights in the smallest room. Many of the other rooms were rented for 1-2 nights. I would book the smallest room for the single nights and schedule longer stays in the larger rooms.

Stunning Inn

Great in so many ways. staff were lovely, room was large and comfy, breakfast all fresh cooked and a rare delight in the USA. Gardens and location great too!
