Very quiet and relaxing, comfortable stay in great one bedroom villa, grounds are even more beautiful in person.

Clean, comfortable and quiet. Beautiful grounds, enchanting outdoor common areas. Excellent location across the street from drug store, clothing stores, grocery store and restaurants. Complimentary bicycles. Friendly staff and groundskeepers.

Excellent....

We had a one-bedroom 'villa' right next to the pool and hot tub. We were in town for a soccer tournament at the Polo grounds. I liked everything about this place: --Less than two miles from Palm Springs airport, this offers just about everything necessary for a great stay, including a patio with lawn chairs + gas grill, full kitchen with many utensils, dishes, pots, etc. even had a blender. --Spacious bedroom and living room, and two full baths. --The bathrooms/showers are nice!! --The bed was very comfortable, as was the sofa bed. --Staff was extremely attentive, and grounds are beautifully maintained. --Loved the outdoor table tennis set up and tennis courts. --Laundry room price is good, and dryers are nice and hot. --The views are incredible!! Even at night!!

The resort met our needs and our room was very nice.

The room was very clean and accommodating. It was quiet and well supplied.

The grounds were not inviting. very little green grass, mostly brown and not well kept. the hot tub near our room did not look very clean, so we did no use it. It needs to be emptied and scrubbed.

Great resort

Had a one bedroom villa for three nights. Easy to check in with dedicated parking close to the room and a first floor villa. View to mountains on one side and to the pool/hot tub on the other. Huge living area comprising lounge, dining and well equipped kitchen. One full bathroom off the hall. Bedroom is also huge with an ensuite bathroom off that. Balcony with sunbeds, table, chairs and BBQ. Very clean and very quiet made a very peaceful stay.

Couldn't fault anything.

Stayed for 3 days and was great, quite and the staff is excellent. I would definitely return and the location was good but away from the main strip.

Away from the strip and interior needs to be remodeled all though very clean.

The Unit was very comfortable, large, clean. Pool was nice. Staff were super friendly. Location was convenient

The Wifi was poor. Free and / or In suite laundry. The kitchen knives were very dull. The rest of the kitchen was great.

Nice clean spacious units and grounds

spacious, clean, and nicely appointed unit. nice spacious grounds, well maintained pools and hot tubs. beautiful well maintained grounds with a lot of palms, grass, plants, and flowers. friendly and hard working staff.

some of the exterior including stairs show signs of age. otherwise, a jewel of a resort.

great location. comfortable bed. very clean. very quiet.

it would have been nice if there was a laundry basket provided since I had to walk to the on site laundry facility. the pool area in the back of the property could have been spruced up a bit. it was a clean and all but just not as fancy as the courtyard area where a lot of work was put in to making it look nice.

Three night stay mother daughter leisure trip. wonderful to have the full kitchen and space.

It felt incredibly safe and very well cared for. We had unit 20 that was on the end and it was just wonderful. Lots of privacy.

There’s absolutely nothing that we didn’t like about the property.

Felt like Home but better!!

We sold our house in Palm Springs last year so I was really wanting somewhere that felt like home. This place was like stepping back in time. Everything (and I do mean Everything) was not only clean but immaculate! The decor was newly updated but still kept with the original vibe. The layout is Fantastic and very roomy. The patio was so wonderful and they all faced each other around the pool area so you felt like you were in a small neighborhood. The bathroom had a steam shower that I loved! Whomever is in charge of cleaning needs a raise! I literally have never stayed somewhere so clean. The grounds are perfectly manicured and the pool and hot tub were so clean it sparkled. I never use public pools but I visited the hot tub twice during my stay! The views are million dollar. I can’t wait to return to this gem. I plan on getting a few couples to join us next time. Oh, and the staff was amazing. They are very kind.

My only regret is that I didn’t have more time here. If I was back in college, I would love to live in a place just like this. I seriously wish I could buy a unit.
