Dead roaches no pillow case on one pillow shower curtain ready to fall shower curtain wouldn't stay closed toilet seat broke air conditioner cover on floor window curtain tore chair very very stained up paint on floor management walked away when talking to him worst stay ever will not stay there again I wish I could get my money back also stunk very bad

Already wrote comment roaches every where dead and alive. Stains door had big gap to outside. Sat on one side of bed and it tilted over from being broke. Old bed right outside of door had to move it to get in. Broke a peice in my ankle from kicking metal sticking out from bed that was covered by blanket.

Location

The entire room was in need of major repairs, broken porcelain, peeling paint, needed tuck pointing, communications/tv etc needed updating. Avoided using coffee pot because of condition of the entire place. Somewhat concerned about safety

First, the room that I paid for I didn't get, and the room was very stuffy when I walked in, and then the bathroom had mildew on the bathroom shower curtain, a wall and ceiling

From the start, it seems like chaos. The staff were friendly, but seemingly unorganized. Upon entering the room, it reeked of cigarette smoke. There were holes burned into the mattress. The ceiling and walls had paint falling off in large pieces. The ceiling was clearly buckled. The bathroom did not appear to be clean. There was a strip of mold on the base of the tub. And to top it off, the fire alarm was hanging OUT of the wall. I felt disgusting just sitting in the room. We ended up leaving and finding a new hotel.

Location

I was double charged for multiple nights, and literally had to dispute the charge. Was harassed several times for payment for prepaid room to the point that I had to lock my card. And and had bed bugs. Wonderful staff, but the owner on my momma on my life on my gawd is horrendous...

I wouldn’t board an animal here!

Took three tries with the mangers help to get into the room and once inside discovered several roaches. Got up this morning and go to office for coffee and staff said they were out! what does that mean! Booked the room for two people weeks in advance and there was one had towel and one wash cloth.

I booked it for my husband's hunting trip and he said the clerk at check-in was trying to charge him more than what the rate on booking.com stated and confirmed when I booked the room

Don't stay here!

It was too cheap, very dirty. The non smoking room had cigarette burns. The bathroom had mold. The table was sticky. We asked for some extra pillow. The front desk lady said they didn't have any. The place smelled like someone had been chainsmoking for 10 years in the room. Just all around a bad experience
