Perfectly new, a mile from the lake, this tri-level Kingswood Village townhouse is conveniently located in the heart of North Shore Lake Tahoe — also a quick mile from downtown Kings Beach, and less than a 10-minute drive to Northstar.
In the summertime, enjoy golf, hiking, biking, and tennis, plus the amazing sandy beaches of beautiful Lake Tahoe. Or hang out at the newly remodeled pool with sauna on property. In the winter, world-class downhill and cross-country skiing, plus snowmobiling are minutes away from your home-away-from-home condo. After a day on the slopes return to a warm, cozy fireplace. Relax a bit at home then walk or take a quick cab ride to the casinos at Crystal Bay. Plus there are plenty of shops, restaurants, and bars to explore in nearby Tahoe City, Truckee and Incline Village. Or, if you prefer to stay in, a full and well-appointed gourmet kitchen is yours, complete with gas bbq on one of the two covered decks. The large fireplace warms the space and has a gas starter so making a fire is easy. A natural gas bbq on the second covered deck is just off the living room along with outdoor seating.
Upstairs, the loft overlooks the main living area and includes a second flat-screen TV with DVD player, and has a couch that pulls out to a bed for additional sleeping accommodations.

Great property and location. Overall, everything was great. Very easy booking and check-in and we really appreciate the extra little amenities stashed around the condo, as it was well stocked with supplies. It was comfortable and clean feeling. I only wished the deck and outside furniture was brushed off a bit from the pollen and dust, but it's understandable given the location amidst the pine trees/forest area. Would definitely love to book and stay again.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The interior has a “Tahoe-cabin” feel while also being modern & beautifully decorated. The owners have so added so many things to make their guests comfortable, from lots of cozy blankets in the living room to night lights in the bathrooms & automatic lights on the stairs, to everything you could need in the kitchen and tons of games for kids and teens. There were lots of extra towels and “if needed” supplies in the closet. They thought of everything! They were super responsive when I reached out. The location was perfect- just a quick drive to Northstar. We would happily book this place again!

Excellent place for a family to stay while skiing Palisades (~30 minute drive in the am depending on departure time and traffic).
Plenty of room for all, Plus 2nd tv room. Kitchen is very well appointed, and the electric grill was a hit with the grill master. We enjoyed the fireplace as well.
Kings beach grocery and restaurants are 2 min away; 10 minute walk to the regional park, which was lovely for walking in the snow.

Stayed here with my husband and 2 children (10,11) over New Year's. Directions and instructions to get in were clear. Everything has been redone and was well thought out. We loved putting on a fire every night, cooking in the kitchen, playing games/puzzles at the large table and watching movies on the tv. We were even able to do some laundry before we left!
Location is great just down the street from Kings Beach (and Safeway) and 10 min from Northstar. We ended up going to Boreal (about 25 min) and the drive was not bad at all because it is almost a reverse commute (people driving down to Northtar and then back to Truckee).
Really appreciated the house heated up quickly! My only notes would be (1) don't do too many water "activities" at once (ie washing dishes, laundry, showers) as the water flow goes way down (2) would have loved more overhead lighting (but I did appreciate the nightlights and stair lights!).

We love this place. It's a lovely condo with beautiful art around the wall. This place provide every little details that is very helpful, make our stay stress-free. I went to some several places didn't provide anything. One place I went didn't provided toilet paper, and we have to get some at grocery store for them. This condo is very close to North star (10 minute drive) and convenient stores (3-4 minute drive), make the trip easy come by. David was a great help, he quick response and helpful. Definite come back again for northstar.

Me and my family stayed here over the Christmas holiday weekend and it was great. The upstairs loft was a bonus, with toys, games and a Wii. Everything was clean, nice and the location was close to everything, 7 mins from Northstar and grocery store. We will be back.

The condo is just as great as it looks in the pictures! I would not hesitate to stay here again. We were nervous about arriving in the middle of a week long snow storm but everything was plowed and very easy to navigate.

Our stay was perfect - the property was just as described, well stocked and plenty of room for our family. Not only were the cabinets stocked, but there were video games all set up to play in the loft as well. There's plenty of firewood to build a cozy fire and lots of room to spread out. The only note I would add is if you are staying in the winter, bring chains - we needed them to get out of the parking lot which wasn't well plowed. We would definitely stay here again

This holiday we had winter storms, but the property is very close to Northstar, which saved us lots of traveling time. The property is clean, updated decoration, everything works well, and all kinds of supplies (beyond our expectations). Dave answered my question within minutes. We all like this "home", it's the best!

We loved your place it was exceptionally clean!!!! location was great and had all the amenities you need we were packed well and didn’t really need anything but if by chance you forgot something they had it there. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone who is looking for a place to stay in Lake Tahoe

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was a little dark for my taste, but we opened curtains and blinds for more light. Also had a very small problem with motion sensor/timed lights in bathroom and kitchen - just didn't know how to turn off when we would leave. Other than that the house is very nice and spacious. Our grandkids enjoyed the stairs and the game room with the large giraffe.

This is a beautiful updated condo with everything we needed for our vacation. The owners were immediately responsive to our questions. Ample parking, access to a pool, washer, dryer, everything you need to cook. The weather in Tahoe was perfect. We went to Kings beach and Sand harbor. I highly recommend the Truckee river float.

We loved the condo. The location is perfect. Really close to the lake/beach and shopping. The town is super cute. The condo is beautifully decorated. The beds were all comfortable and the linens are amazing. We did a lot of cooking and appreciated the dishes, pots and pans. Super clean and had everything you need for a day at the beach. Loved having the washer/dryer to clean swim suits. We had a wonderful time and cannot wait to stay again. The host is very kind to share this lovely condo. Thank you!!

I was very impressed with the condo and location. First, the condo was perfect - just what we wanted. Plenty of space for the family to spread out and the beds were as comfomrtable as any I've slept on in 5 star resorts. The location was perfect for us. under 5 minutes to the grocery, under 10 minutes to restaurants and King's Beach and right around 10 minutes to the slopes at Northstar. All in all I highly recommend this unit.
