Was ok.

Like big fridge with freezer.

The bathroom floor had a piece of wood on edge of tile that was an inch high. Tripping hazard and stubbed toes don’t feel great.

Clean up their property make it presentable

Didnt stay. Pulled into property to check in, Just looking from outside I didnt want my kids to stay there and proceeded to next suitable hotel

I am upset that one night here cost over $200

The location is not near Suncadia as it states in its name. There was a creepy handprint on the inside of the bathroom door. The air freshener container was full of purple gloppy stuff that did not smell good. The bedding and curtains were dated.

Very convenient stay.

We didn’t eat breakfast here because there were no fresh eggs. Ate across the street at the Cozy Cottage.

The facility was perfect with small children - love the hardwood floors in the rooms.

It was convenient to have a quick breakfast before leaving.

It would have been nice to have the couch ready for the 5th person to sleep as we arrived late. We could get sheets from the reception though.

One night in Cle Elum before returning to Seattle.

The room was large and well layer out plus the hardwood floors were nice too. Good location.

I will not return.

Our view was a beautiful field with pine trees. The wind was wonderful.

The entire place is in need of interior paint. Walls had been patched with cardboard. The young man who checked us in was not friendly.

Superb

Being at the front of the hotel was nice as we didn't hear the train noise that you hear in the back.

We were at the end of town so we had to shop at a minimart or drive to get groceries.

Too expensive for this place

The only thing I liked was being on the first floor

First off I called to check in 1 1/2 hours early and the guy said it’s $50 but I’ll give you a discount, it will be $30. I said I wasn’t going to pay more he said it was fine he wouldn’t charge wtf! Then I had to pay $66 for pet fees. When I booked on booking.com there was no mention of a pet fee the room was extra because it was pet friendly. Plus no shower curtain! I wasn’t going to take a bath so I got the floor all wet and had to use the extra towels ti dry the floor. The room with the extra fees I would have paid the same at Suncadia resort which is a much nicer place. I felt that they are money hungry and charging for everything.

Initial check in was almost impossible to understand the India accent and some what of a bullyiing a

Toilet seat was not secured properly, alarm clock was a joke, not working, microwave had not been cleaned for a while, neither had the windows and sills. Had to sleep first night with a vent fan running all night in an adjoining room.

the property is in need of better maintenance. light bulbs were out, cover plates missing on power outlets, there was garbage at the back door - lots of garbage. overall the property is slipping and needs more attention to detail.

Served our purpose but could have been a little better. ADA booking needs improvement

Breakfast was good, good selection and fresh. Staff assisted My Wife in traversing steps to checkout. bed and room amenities were clean and in good condition.

Room wasn't ADA as intended, room had 1 bath towel & 4 floor towels, Ice machine took forever to produce a bucket of Ice. Wife found a bug on washcloths staged in basket.

A great place to stay

The bed was really comfortable and it was so quiet, had a great sleep. The staff were very accommodating, lovely people.

The staff were lovely and quickly mediated the issue we had, but still impacted our stay.

The staff were lovely and quickly mediated the issue but the room was not clean, had pizza in the fridge, someone’s citation for DV issue, missing coffee and cups for coffee in the room and had been smoked in. The place was a bit run down

The hotel smells like Indian spices and food. Our room was not deep cleaned, lots of dust on highlights. Linens were stained.

A good and comfortable location

The place is well located for further visit in the surroundings. The restaurant on the other side of the road is also an advantage. The hotel is appropriate for a one-night stay.

The prise is quite high and with a high variability compared to the colleagues who stayed with me at the same hotel for the same night.

location was good and lobby was nice

the room was beat up, the shower rod was held on by tape, there was no full size mirror in the room, the sink that is in the middle of the room was missing cabinetry exposing plumbing. There was only 1 lock on the door and didn’t feel safe.
