Amazing place. Definitely loved it. Great staff .

The food amazing, the desserts to die for. The place is super romantic 😍 The staff had the best customer service 🙌 A lot of things to do. My room was the paradise we wanted. Definitely will be back.

The room need a little help with the smell of the wet rug. It smell like mildew. But overall I loved the place. It was very clean, it Was paradise. We will definitely be back. Because it was such a great place, we didn't mnd the smell as much.

Excellent

Rooms were excellent as expected and the pool and the champaign glass house was excellent. The music at the bar was excellent. The Dj is fantastic he made our night memorable. i wish to go back there again later in the future.

The only thing i didn't like was the rice. it was very wet. That was the only dislike.

The only thing I didn’t like was that the pool wasn’t clean. we had to call for wash clothes. other than that we enjoyed

the first morning breakfast was served buffet style which was good but the second morning there was only pastries and when I notified the front desk staff her response was “ did you let anyone know” excuse me this is the reason I’m speaking with you , we left and had breakfast at a local diner.

it was clean but very dated and for the cost of the rooms I felt like I entered the 1970’s.

Exceptional

Mostly everyone and everything

The control of the heat. It was either too hot or too cold. A microwave in the rooms would have been perfect. Everything else, especially the staff was magnificent!

The breakfast and location was perfect

The room was a little outdated and could use a little extra cleaning the Wi-Fi sucked being around so many trees but other than I would go again but try another type of room

overall I had a great time but I wished there was more entertainment options and the bars stayed one later.

The nice room with private pool and sauna

The limited entertainment. The bar and lounge stops servicing alcohol to early. I was very surprised by that!

The resort was dated, needed some attention to detail with cleaning, most of the staff were nice.

Conceptually: it’s a great concept. The idea of the resort and all its amenities sounded great!

Resort is dated. Should’ve been cleaner. Smelled alittle. Food was mediocre. And while most of the staff was nice, some staff lacked professionalism and general happiness.

first of all the staff were amazing. unbelievable. everything with a smile. the hotel have a gaming area and bar till midnight, and the rooms have everything you need. well recommend.

not much. maybe can be a bigger bad or something to eat after 10pm

all I can say it was beautiful place to go when you want to relax with your mate or close friend with no kids

the room was beautiful just enough space it was always something to do, the staff that was there were great an helpful when I got there

could have been more entertainment during the week days I notice that they only have it on the weekends that’s what I really was looking for

The staff was really great. Everyone greeted you with a smile and are always very helpful. Food was also very good, especially the breakfast.

The amenities seemed very outdated. Some items were out of order. I feel that there should be more activities on the property

I would recommend this resort, especially if you want a rather quiet atmosphere, with things to do that are included in

We loved the atmosphere, the cute signs, that their were things to do, we didn’t have to leave. We chose a Garden of Eden suite, and loved the mini pool! We also enjoyed the outside pool as well, and the game room. We want to give Charlie in maintenance a shout out, as he was super friendly and helpful!

Our room for the most part was clean, however the bathroom floor had a spill of some sort under the fridge door when we went in, So I requested cleaning the next day and the spill was still there. We had the included breakfast Buffett, but opted out of dinner due to cost. Like everywhere you can tell there is a shortage of staff, so being understanding of that, I feel the stay went well.

Overall great stay and will return

The inclusive food option was great, the staff was amazing especially Bonnie at the front desk and Steven at Spooners. The barbecue was nice (but forgot about non-meat eaters). The game room was definitely our favorite

The room could use a little face lift, we also had a some ants that decided to join the party uninvited but maintenance came and sprayed right away
