management very helpful and accessible to sort out queries

Location was a little out of the way for public transport but great if you have a car at your disposal. Great selection of shops for immediate needs at entrance of resort

Dining chairs were hard to sit, relax and enjoy meals on as they were so uncomfortable. Another side table in lounge area would be useful.

Parte interna dos apartamentos desgastada. Colchoes em pésimo estado. Utensilios velhos e muito usados. Torradeira e liquidificados imundos. Não havia sequer um aspirador ou rodo para limpeza dos apartamentos.

Amazing place to stay which is close to everything especially the theme parks.

Extremely spacious unit with very comfortable beds. Great kitchen which met all our needs. The pool and gym are an added bonus too😊

Excellent location, beautiful lakeside property in gated community. Secure, clean and spacious. Huge bedrooms and bathrooms, very comfortable beds. This felt like a home from home.

Spaciuos well equipped townhouse in immaculate condition. All amenities within walking distance. Option to extend check-out really suited us.

Very large. Very clean and nice furniture and Wi-Fi and electronics worked. Nice washer and dryer.

The master bathroom had an issue shutting- hard to find much we didn’t like.

Fantastic place, excellent location if you have a car, really good for larger groups/families.

Everything was excellent, rooms were large and all en-suite, kitchen and living spaces also sizeable. Only a very small balcony, suitable for drying clothes but not for sitting on, but this didnt bother us at all. The info-screen has all the information you need and we didn't actually engage with any hosts during the whole trip.

The kitchen needed a refresh of plates/bowls etc as not nearly enough for the maximum group size. Tin opener didnt work, some utensils needed replacing. Other than this there isnt anything else to complain about!

Great place to stay! We would definitely stay here again.

Great location near restaurants, shopping, theme parks, etc. Very clean, spacious and comfortable condo with lots of amenities. Pool was great! Walking trail adjacent to the property was nice! In-unit interactive video screen with lots of info about the unit, grounds, and activities was useful. Parking was plentiful.

Beds were comfortable but very squeaky - could use some WD-40. A few bugs in the dishwasher but not seen anywhere else in the condo. It would be nice to have a few basic items in the kitchen (salt, pepper, oil or cooking spray, etc).

I felt like it was a home away from home.

near universal studios, it had washer /dryer , so I got all my laundry done, and it was near Publix supermarket, food places were nearby and in walking distance.

Fantastic location, large and very clean apartment, done up to high spec, lots of towels, enjoyable pool area and local shops. Would stay again!

A suggestion to the owner: please make more crockery (cups etc.) available in the apartment as we had 3 cups to share in an apartment for 6!
