it was clean and open. Close to where we wanted to be as well. The staff was friendly and smiling (which is huge!) 😊

The breakfast wasn’t too good. I had the muffin sandwich. Pretty tasteless.

The cost of the room was way way too high. It is a basic hotel not a fancy hotel. No way it was worth $150 a night but I was in a pinch and needed a room so…

Very good

The room was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. The shower had good pressure.and was nice and hot.

The hallways looked like it needed to be painted and carpet cleaned or replaced. Just needed minor updating

Superb

The location is right next to our venue. Just a couple minutes and we were back to hotel. Rooms were very spacious.

The fact that there wasn't an elevator. The individuals in our group have bad knees, and hips and we were on the 2nd floor. Also no vending on the 2nd floor, even just an ice machine would have been nice.

All was well

You probably don’t have any or much ability in changing this, but the awful smell of marijuana was present whenever we were in the hallway. Smells terrible. It is ironic that there’s no smoking but you can’t miss the marijuana smell.

Disappointing

The bathroom floor was always kind of wet and slippery as well as the carpeting in the room. The hallway smelled so much like chlorine it smelt like skunk.

Bed was super comfy.

When we checked in, we were greeted by someone who seemed to not be very happy. We found our room just fine, however the whole place smelled bad. Our room especially smelled like rotten sauerkraut. The air conditioner seemed to be working fine, except our room was very humid and felt "moist," like the AC wasn't taking the humidity out of the room. The bathroom was very nice, apparently newly remodeled, and everything was clean. The breakfast was more "continental" than it was a "hot breakfast." We heated up a breakfast sandwich in the microwave, but the selections of other things (fruit, cold cereal) was limited. There was a wonderful picture on the wall of waffles, but no waffles were offered?

Convenient location to Fireside, staff very nice.

Sheets had stain on them, these sheets should be tossed due to the stain will probably never come out. No wash cloths available. Two out of the four towels in our room were stained/dirty. Breakfast could use a few more choices-but was good. Hotel seems to needs some updates.

Great location and friendly staff!

You can tell they’ve done a lot of renovations inside the hotel and it looks very nice!

Very disapointing to say the least.

Upon arrival our room had Poop still in the toilet not flushed. Halls are very dirty. Construction on the outside was allowed to accumulate at the back door and get carried onto the floor in the hallway. Pool was dirty. Lots of Bugs in the water. Ceiling tiles were missing at the pool. No elevator. No ice machines on 2nd floor. No hot items for breakfast.

Over all was very nice

The staff was very friendly, rooms where clean. Beds where comfy. The pool and hot tub was very nice. Loved the outside gazebo, but rained so did not get to enjoy it.

Well I put food in the frig, and it all froze. Then the sink was leaking, shower curtains need to be put up higher, trip on them when in shower. Fan was loud in bathroom. Just thi gs for them to look into.

I would not recommend this place.

There were cockroaches in my bathroom and the toilets weren’t clean. There was also ants everywhere in the pool room. The rooms were kind of dingey with peeling pain. They need to be updated.

Would definitely stay again.

It was very clean. The man at the front desk was super polite and the lady who put breakfast out ran and got me an extra towel as soon as I asked. They were very accommodating.

the pool was closed! Also shower curtains dirty. For a supposed handicapped room tub was very had to get in!

Great stay!

The bed was super comfortable. The room was nice and quiet. Good water pressure in the shower. Lots of plug-in's by the bed on each side. Breakfast was simple but good. Loved the heated indoor pool and hot tub. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room smelled nice. Great stay.
