Overall, it was pleasant.

It's always nice to have breakfast included. It's quiet during the night.

Only 1 elevator was working.

Peaceful, relaxing and good location

Friendly staff, good breakfast and very convenient to the Cuyahoga Railroad....which is what we visited.

For a Hampton Inn, they could do better.

Pool was clean and warm. Staff was friendly and helpful.

One elevator was out. Housekeeping didn't come when reserved, twice (apparently they are gone by 1pm). Two days of no towels in pool area. Jacuzzi is gone. No cups in fitness center for the water cooler. Peloton didn't work. Breakfast varied EVERY day. No microwave in room.

Good hotel for a concert at Blossom

Very close to Blossom Music and a short drive to the FHOF. Good hot breakfast.

Asked for extra pillows(only 2 on a king) that never came! That was annoying! But not as annoying as the price difference from what I booked on Booking.com to what I was charged when I left! No explanation for the difference other than the room rate changed! Seriously??? Still trying to correct the error

Our stay at the Hampton Inn was good.

The room and bathroom were clean.

The contour sheet didn't fit the mattress. It rolled off of the corners throughout the night. I woke up twice to fix it to no avail.

Passable

Staff was very friendly but too few of them. Large hotel and at night there was only one person on duty who could not give us more tiles because he was the only one there

Will never booked through booking.com again had multiple emails with come for mention of my stay however when we are rived they did not have the reservation also found out that if we would’ve called the hotel directly would’ve had a much cheaper rate than we got from booking.com never use booking.com again Housekeeping only every four days not good. To replenish your tiles you have to put them out of your door and then tell the desk you’d like more.

Pool area was all to ourselves for a good hour; got some restful sleep so we could complete our trip

The room was exceptionally clean and the bed and bedding very comfortable.

Great Option for football fans!

Spotless! We stayed at this hotel for my son's Kent State spring football game! it was literally 9 minutes away from the center of Kent and a great value! Gas station and food options were close and for an adult it was nice to have a place to sleep away from all of the college partying sounds! We will be back

Great short stay at excellent price and most efficient friendly staff

the exceptional gentleman who greeted me. He efficiently checked me in. Also he was able to print out direction to an attraction in the area we were visiting. Gave us two adjoining rooms as requested. I was impressed with cleanliness, staff and great breakfast, also the tea and coffee available round the clock, it was nice and hot ! All around great stay and will definitely book hamptons in future

I will try a different hotel in the area next time.

convenient for my business travel

room has sub par. heating unit cover was on the floor when I arrived. I stayed 2 nights and asked that the room be made up. front desk said they would try to put it on the schedule. She called to say it was put on schedule but it was never done.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hampton Inn Suites would reccomend to anyone!

Hotel was very clean and decor was very modern, staff was very polite and attentive to our needs. Couldn’t ask for a better location with amazing restaurants within walking distance. Very nice continental breakfast buffet every morning and the coffee bar was a must!

Would have loved the option to have a firmer pillow from the desk when asked but they don’t have that option.

Great Stay

Breakfast was good; Room was clean; We slept great - Hampton Inns have nice beds. Really liked the staff.

Nothing comes to mind. Think it should have been a little less expensive.
