AVOID THIS PLACE!

Nothing!

Absolutely Disgusting! DO NOT STAY HERE! Husband and I walked in and immediately asked for a refund. The place was dirty, there were transients in the hallway, and racial slurs were etched in the walls in our room. Do yourself a favor and avoid at all costs! I felt extremely unsafe and uncomfortable.

very unpleasant staff. the facility is dirty and poorly maintained. they have yellow poles around parking lot and a receptionist was navigating me to get out. I hit one of the poles cause he was watching me while I take my truck out. they make me pay $100 for it! I asked for a number for help to get out and they didn’t provide one! I called the police! don’t ever stay there!!

The worst stay ive ever had at any hotel ever. Disgusting hotel and rude owner and staff.

Nothing at all. Horrible experience.

Close to convenient store.

Staff charged me again when I arrived when I already booked it with booking.com I found two needles in the room. Very disappointing.

nothing

as soon as you walked in you could smell weed. behind the front desk was another room closed off by a curtain. what appeared to be family members (spouse and young child) came from behind the curtain with a pot of food and took it to the waiting area where another elderly family member was sitting. the manager was not friendly and was rude. the guests coming in and out the back looked “sketchy”. I didn’t like what I saw and just left before I was even given a room. I didn’t feel comfortable staying there.

The room they gave me smells so bad the guy that rains the front Dess gave me some air freshener I left and came back two hours later in the room smell the same way like old water mold or something I would never ever go back here it’s nasty get all drugs marijuana smelling

The first clerk started to get upset with me about the payment. I called booking.com & it turns out the clerk didn't know what he was doing. ( A big Thank You to Jacob G. in figuring out what happened to my payment, correcting everything & educating the clerk!! ) So cancelled that & went to cool down. Came back later to get a room. Different clerk and she wanted to argue with me about the price!! I show her the booking.com price and she said the extra was for the tax. It took me a minute to find the exact break down of the pricing. When I did, I showed her & that's when she finally stopped trying to steal from me & accept/honor the agreed upon price! The room was clean. Close to I-75, & the train tracks. The phone in my room didn't work, (the line was cut). Overall descent value for the money as long as they honor the price & don't try ripping you off for more money!! Definitely need to work on their interpersonal communication skills!! Or have good health insurance!!
