The bed was so firm I was miserable, as I have fibromyalgia. This is why we booked the spa suite so

Biscuits were ok. Staff was wonderful and gave us paper plates to eat outside with.

Lack of variety. No variety of juices, quality yogurts and oatmeal. This was a 70's motel 6 quality hotel that happened to have a great location in a town with no other decent hotels.

close to the beach, comfortable bed. Tv, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker all helpful for a coastal adventure.

the slider would not lock, but it was facing the ocean so I felt safe.

sleepless night

I would like booking to reimburse me for my stay at SureStay plus Gold Beach Oregon. I was in disbelief at the condition of the rooms. I had to switch rooms right away because of cat urine smell, and all the windows open to the room they gave us. We were traveling back from California and had no other choice but to stay there, the second room had broken locks on the window and sliding door. Very unsafe conditions and carpet was soaking wet. You need to take that hotel off of your website, so no other people have to endure the conditions there. I think the building may have been flooded during storm surges. The staff sucked. I would like to booking to reimburse me, or at least hook me up with a free stay somewhere. I have used your site for years now, but I am starting to reconsider Airbnb. I will await your response.

Best overnight of my whole trip.

The access to the beach was awesome. The view from my room was spectacular. Breakfast was the best ever. Bed was soooo comfortable. I slept really really well.

The sliding glass door was very dirty. The door latch was broken. I had to use a stick to lock the door at night.

Best ocean view, great for beach combing.

The room was great, we had a balcony with an ocean view, and a trail leading right to the beach. Breakfast was good, beds okay. The beach walk was great, the beach was amazing.

Our grandson found an empty soda bottle in our room. I wish our balcony door would have had a screen, and what is up with the coffee? We've stayed at five hotels this trip, and only one had good coffee.

Rooms are big and have a great view of the ocean.

Shower area had what appeared to have mold on ceiling and top of shower. Furniture needs upgraded. The bed was the worst. It was so uncomfortable that every morning woke up with backache and leg pain. I don't think we will stay here again.

Overall it was a very nice stay.We hope to return.

Breakfast was great!Food was great,the breakfast room was nice and comfortable.The staff was friendly and helpful.The room had a great view and was very nice.We were pleasantly surprised.

It would have been nice if we could have checked in earlier. The couch was dirty.

The view was nice, the breakfast was pretty good, wish it had some kind of meat,like sausage or bacon

Big hair ball on the floor right when you step in, carpet coming up , the mattress pad with very nasty looking. made us think what else wasn't clean well Hot tub in the pool area didn't work.
