Poor plumping, badly working fixtures. Poor lighting, poor electric outlets, tiny room, no heaters. Half expected toilet to stop working.

My first time to Manitou Springs and our visit was excellent! Rainbow Lodge is perfect location with clean rooms and awesome staffing. Will return next year

The room was better than I expected. Looked and smelled very clean. Lots of big pillows on the bed. TV and mini fridge. The employees/owners were very nice and friendly. Great location

The staff was friendly and the location was perfect!

It was a bit outdated, and I felt like the room needed more electrical outlets.

Cozy spot, great location, very close to shuttle location for Manitou Incline. Restaurants close by, friendly staff. Will stay there again!

Nothing.

An older motel, but clean and well kept up. The room was large and comfortable, with a king-sized bed. Super friendly staff. Officially in Colorado Springs, but right on the border of the more charming municipality of Manitou Springs. Only 10 minutes from Garden of the Gods. I wish we'd had more time and could have used the heated pool.

Could use some updates and more outlets.

big room, desk person was very nice.

the smell was horrible!! i couldn’t sleep because it smelled. gave me a horrible headache and made my throat on fire. very dated! awful. i would love a refund if possible.

The room and bathroom were absolutely spotless.. Not the fanciest place I've stayed at, but it was a good value. I kept the number in my phone for my future trips to Colorado Springs.

Room was very clean, beds was comfortable and it was quiet. Location was great for Garden of the Gods and Manitou Springs.

Overhead light did not work in the entry and several lamps did not have light bulbs so the room was somewhat dark with the curtains closed.

Family running the motel was very nice. The kitchenette! Large refrigerator and two burner stove. It was quite large; I wasn't expecting that.

In the bathroom the corners could have used a sweep or vacuum.
