Good

Not bad motel at all. Price/quality match. Owners or wherever who were meeting us was friendly and nice to us. Only 40 min to Mt Snow. I would recommend to stay there. p.s. i forgot my laptop inside the room. they are were trying to reach me a few times and returned it without any problems.

I refused to stay. It was disgusting. Never again booking Econo Lodge

None provided it was a nasty place I would not have eaten anything there

We left within 5 mins of opening the room door, took 2 hours to lose the spell of smoke from our nostrils. not exaggerat

it was a non smoking accommodation which absolutely stank of smoke. some of the furniture was on wooden blocks. there were holes in the wall and cars outside our door on jacks with no wheels, engine and petrol tank on ground. WE DID NOT STAY, but found another hotel.

Atrocious

The room smelled like smoke so, so much for a non smoking room. The curtains had burns on them.. The toilet would not flush which is very unsanitary. Went to the front desk to get this matter taken care of and it was not done when it was supposed to be. Upon returning back to the room the maintenance guy finally came to unclog the toilet which lasted less than a few minutes b/c when my friend went to use the toilet sometime after it was clogged again. The room was cold especially during the morning time which was likely due to the windows having cracks all around the apparantly new window but it was no caulk around the window frames. The shower was barely working and the sink was horrible. My friend and I had to buy a multitude of supplies just to semi clean and sanitize the room, which is crazy b/c we are still in the middle of a pandemic!!!!! We still found ourselves washing our faces w/ conttonelle wipes and brushing our teeth outside our room. This was the worst experience I've ever had in my entire life and if there was a way to get this hotel SHUT DOWN and my money back, I would do so IMMEDIATELY!!!!!

THE ENTIRE HOTEL!!!!! I will NEVER stay in Brattleboro again if that is the only hotel ever available again!!!!!

Don’t stay here

There was none

Two lights in room were not working. Half of the safety latch was missing. Grout and caulk around tub were loader with mildew. Felt like a transient hotel a lot of sketchy adult men hanging around

I have never stayed in a hotel/motel where I was left with filthy, stained unusable bath towels.

Location only

The bath towels were stained and filthy and could not be used. The parking area contained discarded furniture and homeless dwellings. Filthy grounds.

Room was not completely finished cleaning, cleaning rags on table, bed not made, with pillows, cigarette burn on comforter. Smelt like smoking room!

Don't stay here.

Nothing.

Worn out everything. No grout in lots of bathroom tiles. Holes in bedding. Disgusting carpeting. Whole room reeked of disinfectant. Yuk, yuk, yuk.

Absolutely awful. As we were there another customer was complaining about the stench of cigarettes

The place was a dump and we’re still waiting for a refund. It had a pool of water in the middle of the floor and despite saying non smoking it wreaked of cigarettes.

Stayed overnight, comfortable room, able to heat up my own breakfast in room, no noise above me

No breakfast available in cafe because of covid-19 but microwave, refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker in room, a large tv screen and variety of movie channels, extra sink, furniture convenient, bathroom good size, everything very clean.

Cars parked in front of doorway and windows, felt safe but uncomfortable when outside, some guests not wearing masks, bed should have had another blanket

Good location near small shooping center that has everything.

For the money rooms are very avg. I can go stay at comfort inn for same price and the rooms perfect clean quiet.
