The restaurant was closed and we were starving after a long trip. We had to wait until 5:00 to eat.

Could've been better for the price I paid

The scenery is beautiful. Mountains, trees, wildlife, it's awesome and most of the staff were very friendly.

The decor is outdated, stains on the furniture, the hallways are dark, there's only 1 working elevator so the wait is long, 1 ice machine on the top floor. It just needs a makeover. One rude lady at the front desk

There was no signal for the television. No channels worked had to listen to music all night. The balcony door was hard to open.

Very good

The bed was very comfortable. I liked the loft it gave us so much more room. Great location.

The couch was extremely uncomfortable. We didn't think about how many times we would have to walk down spiral staircase to go to the bathroom. No fridge.

it was a beautiful location for a good price

we got Mountain View rooms and they were stunning. especially all those fall leaves

walls are kinda thin, we were able to hear squeaky toys that dogs had and moderately loud conversations

good location, good outside environment, inside comfortable and clean

inside but needs some upgrade. a bit under staff, so service was a bit slow, but they were very friendly

Hallway carpeting is dirty, old Beds looked like someone slept in them and they just pulled the covers back Bed skirts were wrinkled and looked terrible

The pool was very nice. The staff were friendly.

The stairs going to the pull were held together by duct tape. That was weird and should be more professionally fixed. Especially since the elevator was slow.

Would stay again if they added a few amenities to the room.

Beautiful lake and mountain views from our balcony. The king size bed was very comfortable. The room was a very nice size. The location was excellent!, it was near camelbeach, close to the outlets, town and eateries.

The room has no microwave,refrigerator or coffee maker😕,the ice machine was broke. There was a flat screen television,but it was small for the size of the room. The dresser was also small with 3 narrow drawers,and only 3 hangers for clothes.
