Location

Didn’t like the $100 cleaning deposit put on my credit card and then charge me $5.00 fee to reverse the charge that you made us pay. And the $5 charge for the mini refrigerator.

Awful. I would never stay here again and management needs fired.

Staff was rude. The room was filthy. We didn’t even end up staying at this location because we were told they could provide a crib and upon arrival they stated they didn’t even have those.

Good Location

Close enough to walk to the Island. Coupon for pancakes next door for breakfast.

Once we arrived we were charged the $100 security deposit (expected) but told $5.00 of that was non refundable. When we booked it said it was 100% refundable.

It was nice and the price was good. I booked on Booking.com. Everything went smooth.

Conveniently located. The room was clean! Our daughter lives in Knoxville and came over for a visit. They graciously gave her a day parking tag while we were gone so she could park on the facility grounds

Why would you guys rent me a room at a location where no rooms were available?

I used booking.com to rent a room but when I got there I was told they had no rooms available and when I told Booking .com I was told they would review it but three days later was told I wouldn’t get my money back. I will never use booking . Com again.

It was miserable never stay here again

Not worth money. Room did not cool off good. Tv is so small. Handicap room was on 3rd floor. The second day they key would not work and I had to get walker back out go down hall to elevator then drive to front wait in line 15 mins to explain my key did not work. No apologies. My friend had just had surgery had to stand in 98 degree heat waiting for me to return. Handicap needs to be on lower level. This hotel is over priced dump

The sink and tub were missing the drain stoppers. The office said to stick a rag in the drain to hold the water. He said there was a history of people flooding the rooms so they were told to remove the stoppers

I was very pleased with our room very clean

Room 254 was very clean. Soon as you opened the door you could smell cleaning supplies that was used. Coldest AC I ever had at any hotel. That sucker will freeze your butt off.

Overall clean and comfortable stay and a price you can’t beat, allowing pet to stay free was excellent.

Location was great. Allowed our dog at no extra cost. Complimentary breakfast next door was great.

Great location and services

Red Roof is my favorite hotel as they have a no hassle pet policy. Plus this location gives discounts to the neighboring pancake house. This is way better than any continental breakfast! Also reasonable pricing.

The insects in and around the room, the plumbing needs work, and management failed TWICE to make any attempt to fix the bathtub draining issue after I reported it.

They nickel and dime you for $5 charges after you leave. When you call to ask what they are they can’t explain them, or say “they don’t show any extra charges”, but it sure took it out of my account. Then when you try to explain it they talk over you, interrupt, yell at you, then finally hang up.

The room was severely outdated, the cleanliness was not to any standard that met 89 a night, the water pressure was horrible I've been in a rain storm that had more, there was so much dust everywhere like the lamps/lampshades, tv, headboards, picture frames, etc that my husband and daughter both ended up needing allergy medication, had the room been decent we were thinking of staying two nights. But after not sleeping very well due to the room being very stuffy (AC Unit has seen better days), I woke at 6 and began packing up our stuff. It's sad these kind of places advertise better standards on the websites but in reality it's a huge ripoff. If we ever return to Pigeon Forge we will stay in a cabin like we did the first time. Hotels like this are being run down and choosing to stay that way. My opinion this place needs to have a new management and cleaning staff, maybe inspect the rooms before you rent them, and a whole renovation out of the 80s.
