The Staff is great!
The online pictures show a hot tub. They do not have a hot tub! The breakfast was poorly stocked, no milk for the breakfast cerial you had to eat it dry, only one waffle maker and there was a line of 8 people, it was 30 minute wait,8only two cup cakes left, orage juice was watered down, not much there to eat.

we had roaches in the bathroom and crawling around the carpet room. at first I thought it was my imagination . also the towels in our room were stained and looked as if they were moldy on the edges also the pool wasn’t very clean.
other persons staying at the property were not considerate of wing quiet while others were asleep. a small group of people were on stairs at about midnight drinking and talking loud. Then I’m the parking lot on Friday evening guests were drinking and loud .

rooms were dirty, broken chairs, uncomfortable beds, people yelling and screaming at each other all night.

Even though we let them know, we are going to be late, they chose to cancel our reservation. They kept the money for three days even though we were only going to be late the first day. They left us homeless
Staff should not have stolen our money. They had been paid the month before for us to stay there for three days. We do not argue that the first day we should surrender because we were late, however, canceling the second two days was deceitful and immoral.

Good location for flying into-out of Sacramento Airport. Though nothing fancy about this place, it had a very comfortable bed and it was quiet. I had a great sleep which was just what I needed.
The plug in the sink didn't work so water didn't want to go down the drain. No biggie, I just pulled it out and water went down fine.

They advertised hot tub which they do not have. We would have stayed elsewhere. Really needed it after long drive. Breakfast very limited and awful. Weak coffee.

front desk was so polite and helpful! really pleasent. I am aware of the ratings but with COVID and everything we have learned in the past few years that cleanliness would be a bit better but it was poor
boogers on the walls(literally everywhere I had to clean them off), stained sheets, dropped the remote behind the tv to a chaotic mess that looks like they never pull furniture out. and grab items. looked like a full bag of trash behind the tv stand. sheets were stained had hair on them etc. really glad i brought my own tapestry to lay over the bed.

Room was decent and comfortable.
I paid too much to stay here! I booked this hotel specifically for its pool and jacuzzi based on hotel photos and description on the website. Upon arrival I learned the jacuzzi spa has not been functional for the last 3 years! That's false advertising! The breakfast options were minimal.

The staff was very friendly and the room was comfortable. I liked the bed and linens. There was a Denny's and Sonic restaurant right next to the hotel and a shopping area was within walking distance. The historic downtown was also within walking distance but along a very busy highway. The swimming pool area was small but kept quite clean. The airport is very close and I called an Uber to take me there in the morning.
The room was somewhat dated. The bathroom could have been cleaner and the towels were not very plush. The toilet kept running unless I jiggled the toilet handle. There were some homeless people in the area but I never felt threatened.

Personal, the room smelled a lot of cigarettes, and the worst thing was that the sheets and blankets also smelled of cigarettes, I think they don't change the bed

The room was clean and comfortable. Mr. Jeff at the front desk was very helpful and kind. There were a lot of restaurants nearby. Convenient to the freeway and a good value.
The brown bag breakfast was disappointing but I think this was a COVID holdover.
