It was ok for 1 night. Close to old town front street Temecula. Across the street from Denny’s

It was close to Old Town Temecula Bathroom was clean Pool was nice It was quiet The guy at check out was nice and friendly

The front office girl at check in was rude I received an email saying they could accommodate check in at 2 but when we got there she said no the room wasn’t ready until 3. Then they gave us a room on the second floor, no elevator. When we asked for a first floor room she said it wasn’t ready. The room was outdated. The lighting in the room was way too bright. The bed wasn’t comfortable. No continental breakfast.

That was the worst hotel, Ive ever stayed in.

I'm hoping someone does something about it. We got moved into a dirty room. Once we got settled into another room. The television didn't work. Horrible experience.

clean place, has a few issues.

rancho California inn is close to restaurants, convenient store. There’s no need to travel too far from your room to just grab something quick to eat or whatever you may need at the convenient store. The rooms itself have a microwave and mini fridge which is a plus. It’s nice to keep your drinks cold when the weather is a bit too warm in Temecula.

the staff need to work on better communication. I reserved a room for 2 nights, by the afternoon on the next day, my key was deactivated. I shouldn’t have to feel like I made a mistake on my end, when I’ve got a receipt that says I made a payment for 2 nights. And on the morning of our checkout day, roughly around 8:15AM. While in our room, Front desk woman did a one tap on the door, not identifying herself, just opens the door. Do not appreciate these people just checking if customers are in their room, so they can walk in and possibly go through our personal belongings. There was absolutely no reason for it. checkout time is 11:00AM.

I just thinks needs needs new furniture and new carpet and new bed sheets to make it better smells little funky at times not the dirty way just different

I would not recommend

Not much. The receptionist was rude and told us not to come back after giving us a key to someone else’s room. Then gave attitude and was rude when we asked for a new room and key. The lights didn’t work there was no toilet paper
