The hotel room was applicable, clean, and the KS bed was comfortable.
The breakfast service was great and the dining room area was very clean and neat. The server who prepared everything was very nice and cordial. The breakfast was well organized and prepared. Everything on the menu was good. I did hope they had bacon on the menu but the sausage was very good. The breakfast as a whole was a definite welcoming factor in the morning that put a good start to our day.
The danish was a little stale and some fruit was starting to rot.
Was expecting more of a variety in the sweets arena.
Need to invest in some pillows for the bed. The ones on the KS bed were entirely too small and too soft. (They felt like a sheet was folded to make a pillow).
The hotel did not have any art work on the walls. If there was any it was not noticable.

Perfect for hospital stay
It was under some renovations. This was not indicated on the website or booking. Mother arrived unable to find her way to the entrance. However someone helped her. Still, we are not angry for upgrades. Wish it was indicated

Waffles for breakfast were good.
Kitchen staff attitudes when asked a question. Left pearl earrings and they were gone when I came back.

We liked the cleanliness of the facility as well as the courteous staff.

The noise level is high because of the location.

Staff was very pleasant and helpful.
One of our rooms needed to be changed because the sink was leaking. The problem with the second room was that there was a flood light on the side of the building that was shining through the window and just a thin shade to block it out, which really didn't help at all.

loved the place clean and the staff was nice and respectful. the breakfast was wonderful. lots to chose from.
the breakfast meat would be the only thing. not everyone eats kalbasa for breakfast, bacon would be a added idea or sausage Patties

Got into our room late that night and the ac wasn't working. Went to front desk and they were able to switch us to another room.
The non working ac, but they resolved the situation.
