Swimming pool and staff was ok

Rooms smelled like smoke breakfast was crumbs amenadies were very outdated no channels on tv wifi in and out alarm clock didn't.work.

Terrible

No one was there to clean as people were eating. Class of people at the hotel must have been poor because they did not clean up after themselves. I was not happy with the hotel. Went to my room and found bugs.

Bugs and poor service at breakfast. They promised a $20.00 credit for finding bugs in our room, but they put it in as charge and then took it out.

overall it works, if you're not first floor

The lobby is beautiful and welcoming. the room size was great and for my needs the location was perfect.

The floor creaked so we could hear people upstairs constantly moving and walking around. The pocket door of the bathroom doesn't shield from sound well. when my roommate and I decided to leave early 12:09am due to inability to sleep because of upstairs creaking, I was informed there would be no compensation.

Erica at the front desk was so helpful and she went above and beyond to help us. She needs a raise in pay immediately!

In this day and age, a hotel such as this one should have a guest laundry.

We won’t be back.

Location was good. Right near NMSU. Staff very helpful and friendly

The bed in the room did not have a blanket or comforter. No TV channel guide in room. No Kleenex in room. Bathroom did not have any racks or hooks to hang large shower towels. Smoke detector was missing. No iron in room. Breakfast the second day was awful. No eggs, no bagels. Tables were filthy. No coffee in the lobby coffee pot.

Was great in all the bathroom and bed was amazing and the bed was so comfortable

The breakfast was ok could of offered more and had more things out to offer to eat. The location was great easy to find.
