The place was clean and the little kitchenette where good.

A little remote for our reason for this vacation.

Beautiful and well kept

They said they didn’t accept pets but then I saw people with a dog and another with a kitten. We would’ve liked to have brought our dog who happens to be very friendly with excellent obedience. I respect their No pet policy but was surprised that a couple other patrons could have their pets.

Rude staff at night, difficult to get into room after driving for 8 hours.

Everything was cheap. All the finishes, carpets, bedding, etc were cheap. Ate at the pub/grill and service was poor and so was the food (burnt on top of that). To top it all off, we got sick later that night. It seemed like none of the staff wanted to be there, no smiles, just grudging service.

There was so much to do at the resort. I wish we had more time to stay there. We are looking forward to going back.

Rooms where clean and loved the Ceiling Van. And loved the AC unit kept kept me and my family nice and cool on the very hot days.

The pillows were worn out and flat.

The beds were very comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the hideabed - great mattress & comfort! The rooms were nicely decorated. Kitchens appliances were conveniently arranged. The units were cozy. We were able to borrow a blender. The extra storage closet was a plus although we didn't use it. The sports center was nice - we just didn't have time to use it.

The grandkids said it was perfect.

It's a very nice accommodation and it looks fancier than a normal hotel. A lot of amenities as well. The staff were friendly. We estimated our time of arrival online when booking the room between 12 midnight and 1:00 am, we arrives at 12:35 and someone was there with our paperwork and keys ready for us.

The location is a little farther away than I would have liked but the value and the comfortable atmosphere was worthwhile.

Great for kids, super accommodating. Mini golf, pool , basketball court, tennis, set in a beautiful area. Well stocked suite. Honestly just amazing!

We loved the rec center. The photos didn't do it justice. Sooooo many options for kids and young families.

The hotel is obviously a little older and there were things that were under repair. But most things have been nicely updated and everything was very clean.

ALL the amazing amenities and resort offerings. Super fun!

Pillows seriously need replaced and TVs are tiny and outdated as well as microwave.

Pool, hot tub and other facilities are good Staff is very friendly and helpful, willing to answer questions and add information helpful to area.
