Thecan’t expect the Ritz Carlt

Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The bed was somewhat comfortable. After a 15 hour drive a board would feel comfortable.

The property is in dire need of refurbishing. The chair in the room was so worn it should have been thrown out. The walls are extremely thin so you could hear voices from other guests as though they were in our room.

I only had the room for one night, but would have stayed multiple nights if needed.

Was returning from my east coast trip to Maine. Checked in around 5 pm. The room was clean and had everything I needed for the night. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Washer and dryer accepted atm / credit cards so you didn't have to have quarters to do your laundry.

Horrible racist management

The location and pool

Had to check out a day early than anticipated due to my mother passing away unexpectedly. Ameda Petal is a horrible human being and has no professionalism, commom respect, or demonstrated no human compassion for the situation. She stated I had to contact the "booking company to update my checkout for any refund". I went onto the app and attempted to update a day early checkout, booking.com app stated to cobtact the property manager (Ameda Petal). I showed her the app and she replied with "not my problem, your fault for using a 3rd party. When asked why I was charged for 5 days of a pet fee while my dog was only there the first night and the fact we only were staying 4 days versus the 5 as originally booked. She replied "Youre white you can afford it". She was extremely rude and racist to my wife and myself.

Nice place to spend the night after a day's worth of traveling.

Excellent staff! The little restaurant next to the hotel was outstanding. Service was a little slow, but, everything was prepared to order and fresh, including all the meats and vegetables. The wait was definitely worth it. It's worth saving your appetite until you get to the hotel and try this place out. Also, a very nice breakfast area with a wide selection of foods.

Definitely value for the money. Safe and secure location.

Location off of !95 was excellent and easy to get to. The room was neat and clean. It's not a luxury hotel, but the value of the room compared to the price was superb. i will definitely use Quality Inn again.

There was nothing I did not like. It met my expectations and I was very pleased.

Very good

Super Easy to get to. right off the highway and close to a lot of things to eat and do. Great Shower and comfortable bed.

My cell service nearly completely dropped all together. I had to stand at my door with the door open to get service. That being said, the wifi could use a boost. Other than that though, great place for the value.

All in all, it was fine. Great location right off 95S. Bathtub had slow drain

Breakfast was ok. Waffles were good once I mastered the machine, all in all it was ok

We have two dogs, we’ll behaved and we are responsible pet owners. The grassy area for pets was good BUT…. There needs to be bags for owners to pick up waste and a garbage can for that waste to be tossed. Super important since I inadvertently stepped in dog poo😡. We always have bags with us, but most people don’t, so making bags and a receptacle available would go a long way!!!!

the location was great, the bed was comfortable

it needs a good outdoor cleaning, way too many cob webs. the electrical outlets needed repair, along with the refrigerator. I didn’t care for a 2nd floor location without an elevator.

The entire entry area was under construction and you had to walk all around building to reach rooms.

It was basic. Very small tight area where food was displayed.
