Functional and clean

Needed something on way to Atlanta airport and this was convenient and better value than anything closer. Easy parking and packing for trip with ground floor unit provided.

A bit of traffic noise was only issue, but that’s the trade off for freeway convenience

2nd rate citizens

That I found someplace to stop driving for night and get out of the storm.

We were in a back building no parking in front of our room. It was like we booked through you and we were put in the back since we didn't pay full price.

Basic, but certainly acceptable

I was originally charged an automatic $20 pet deposit!!?? Not traveling with a pet. I had to make a protest, but charge was removed immediately I'm just glad I noticed the charge.

Very good

The room was clean and ground floor as I requested. It also had a refrigerator, microwave and convection oven. The lady at the front desk was smiling and very friendly.as well as very professional.

I reserved a non- smoking room with a king size bed. When I checked in I was told that it was a room with a king size bed. However when we got to the room it was 2 double beds. I wonder if they have rooms with King size beds.

There weren't any upsides to report about this place.

It was dirty. Cold water in shower did not work. Parking was very limited we were pulling a boat and had to park in the restaurant parking lot next door. Alot of road noise from the highway nearby. Prior ratings we read we're obviously not from the place we stayed at. Would never stay here again, and would never recommend this place to anyone.

the front desk gentleman was very impolite! i was surprised-i wqs warm and greeted him but he was likely in an unpleasan

the property gave Bates Motel vibes-a little creepy.

the sheets and pillowcases had hair strands all over the back side …i noticed when i checked behind the pillows…the bathroom curtain was very dirty and stained

Comfortable and a clean hotel.

It was clean. Plenty of pillows on the bed. We were on the first floor, which was great not to have to lug everything up stairs. The shower head put out plenty of water. The bed was very comfortable. Clean, crisp sheets.

The bathroom door would not shut. Pretty old looking and in need of good repairs instead of the shoddy ones very noticeable. Also, I left my $100 pillow there and don't know how to get it back.

I would have given my stay an A if everything had worked.

Breakfast was good and the hotel location was good. The American girl that checked me in was very nice and helpful.

The bathtub drain was partially stopped up, so you're standing in an inch of water during the shower. The valve that turns the shower on was very loose and didn't work half the time. The room door handle for room 122 was loose and on backwards. You had to pull up on the handle and push hard with your shoulder to open the door. I told the Indian clerks about these problems when I checked out.
