The worst hotel I’ve ever been

It was beyond dirty, rooms with cigar odor, unbearable.

It was OK.

Everything was great it was just a stop over on my trip. I stayed here 2 times in a week. I stayed going down to Sebring Fl and when we came back.

Parking and entering and exiting the parking lot sucked. Very small parking lot that less than 50 vehicles can park in. When leaving and heading down 75 you have to go up the road and cross 3 lanes of traffic to u turn. Not very good way to get out. Parking was very tight with very few spaces.

Outstanding choice

The room, bed and facilities were excellent

It was somewhat difficult to locate on a very busy street which allowed only one ingress and egress! But it was worth it.

Ran right out of there !

This was the hotel from hell ! We checked right out, did not stay. Room was horrible, furniture was dirty, and chewed up by animals/dogs. blood drops on floor. It looked like a murder scene. Do not suggest this hotel on your site.

I loved the front desk staff very pleasant

The house keepers knocked on our door every 30 mins til it was til for checkout Monday morning starting at 930am and at 9am she walked in on us without knocking on the door

Unless renovations are made I’ll be looking elsewhere to stay.

Location. Entry way and breakfast area updated and clean.

Getting off the elevator I found the carpet was dirty and raised in some areas which could be dangerous. The bathroom shower was disgusting, the lamp shade was stained, the furniture was dented and dirty. The towels felt like sandpaper. Everything needs to be updated. Unless it goes thru some renovations I’ll be looking for other accommodations.

Not the cleanest of rooms-empty tissue box, discovered after getting out of shower no bath towels in room just hand towels, clumps of dust on the floor.

Overall our stay was great.

The pool is amazing our room was a decent size expected it to be a bit bigger but it was a decent size Comfort king suite with pull out sofa sleeps 4 only one blanket my dad was cold he didn’t want to bother anyone for a blanket typically hotels will have extra blankets in those sorts of rooms Other than that everything was amazing!!! The staff the pool was amazing my daughter loved it we will be returning on a regular basis I have a lot of work in this area the hotel is close to my job site and it is si much easier to bring my daughter and father worh me then traveling to and from home every day.

Need extra blankets in the king suite with pull out sofa

Disappointing I could have stayed at lesser priced hotel with better conditions

The lady working in breakfast area was very nice and efficient She kept everything tidy and clean

Lack of parking Drugged street person sleeping in parking spot. He was almost ran over 3 times by people pulling in to park. There was bare concrete hallway in front of our room. The sheets on the bed were sticky. Either from humidity in room or poor cleaning procedures. Our room was change on check in because of maintenance problems and lobby bathroom was not working properly. There is no security on grounds
