Pay the money and go somewhere else

Nothing, the only good thing was it was close to BSA hospital.

Everything. Tv didn't work. Phone wire was slashed so no phone in room. A/c wasn't cold. Pool was closed.

TV didn't work. Was move to next room where it did work. No local free tv channels to carry NFL.

Bed was comfortable. Shower ok.

Breakfast fruit cups good, granola bars good, pasteries poor, no toast available, no hot instant oatmeal available.

Wouldn’t stay again.

It was overall quiet for the location. Staff were attentive.

Tons of gnats on the curtains. Ice machines didn’t work. No freezer in mini fridge. Room was a bit rundown. Breakfast ended at 9 on a weekend. We just missed it and everything was shut down.

This was an unpleasant experience for us.

The breakfast was bad: coffee was cold, cereal and plates were limited and the place smelled uncomfortable. The fore, we did not eat breakfast at this hotel.

The room was not occupied for many days. Restroom and bath tub were dirty. The carpet on the door smelled very bad. The windows were full of dirt. The TV channels did not work and the tv control was broken. We were not able to sleep that night due to smell. There was dust everywhere, including the furniture. Croaks and other insects were in the room, I had to lift all our belongings up.

It was cheap and just for a night, however, it was very dirty and not well kept up. I would not stay here again.

The bathroom was very dirty. Hair on the shower walls and a significant amount of dirt on the floor of the shower.

it served our purpose but definitely wouldn’t stay again

convenient to get around Amarillo for the price

The rooms have huge carpet patches now very well done the shower does not stay hot. Staff is not very friendly in earth. Everything was run down.

Filthy dirty room but the beds were comfortable

The beds were very comfortable. I closed my eyes, in the next thing I knew it was morning.

The bathroom was filthy from ceiling to floor. It was just pure filth. The remote control was disgusting

the section our room was at was under construction, floors were bare, there was screws laying around, ice machine was making tons of noise. “heated pool “ was not very heated. the breakfast was not very good and they closed it down early.

Terrible environment, nice staff.

The lady that handled the breakfast was very nice, restocking and cleaning up after a very destructive family left the breakfast area a mess.

The staff said the place was being renovated, but we had 5 rooms all of which were in disrepair m. Room 213 was dirty, carpet was stained, the main doors to three of the rooms didn’t close, dint lock; in 213, the bathroom was dirty, the back of the door looked like it had been wet numerous times and the bottom was torn off, there was long hair in the tub, the refrigerator was dirty and loud. And there was cigarette burns in the bedspread. My son gave up his room to his mother in law cause theirs smell strong of smoke. They in turn went to another location and didn’t tell me.

Will never stay at this hotel again. I do not recommend it for anyone.

To be honest nothing at all . Other then it was close to what I was doing

Everything about this place was bad. I've never stayed anywhere this bad before. Bedding was poor . A/c not working right. Floors made alot of noise and weak . The joint room doors you could anything you do from the other room. . The room next to us . The couple that was there was loud and having adult time alittle to loud. Called office they never even went to there room. Asked if I could get my mo ey back and told me no. Asked if I can go to there other location half mile down the road. Was told no . Just a horrible experience

Disappointing

Staff friendly

Stayed for 11 days and housekeepers came by once. Bath drain didn't. Took 4 days for maintenance to show up. Room amenities not found ie fridge, blow dryer.
