The pictures on the website did not depict the same physically being there. My stay was awful

Loud music playing during sleep hours. Trash not being removed. No room service my entire stay. Beds uncomfortable. No shower curtain upon arrival. No phone in room. People were outside constantly. The smell of weed wrenched my room. Seemed as if people actually lived there.

Scary dirty and definitely not relaxing. Worst experience ever

Nothing!!! It was nasty and scary it smelled like weed the people were beating on our walls all night and well tried to call office but the phone didn’t work In the room and they wouldn’t answer the phone when I called on my cell phone. I was to scared to leave my room.

It smelled moldy in all the rooms we had to switch rooms because the first room had roaches everywhere and black mold was growing on the phone. We took pictures. The beds had mold on the sheets. It was nasty!!!!

Cockroaches in room, mold in room, the doors looked like they had been kicked in, the pool was cloudy. You couldn’t see the bottom of the pool. People were sitting in chairs outside the rooms, it looked more like a halfway house than a hotel/motel. We left within 30 minutes of checking in due to the poor condition of said hotel.

If we weren't so tired, we would have left

The front desk clerk was very nice. He helped as much as he could.

After a long trip and day outside in 90-degree weather. The following is what we had to deal with. The room needed a total renovation. The faucet was broken. The water only got Luke warm. They had no iron, hairdryer, or place to hang your clothes. The TV only played one channel. Only 2 small beat-up pillows. The room smelled like cigarettes and alcohol 💀🚬! The bed covers had burn holes all in them. They had half used toilet tissue. And lastly the towels and face cloths were dingy and stained!

Did not stay due to the awful condition of the place .

The place was so nasty I did not stay there. After looking at the rooms I left .

The entire place was nasty . Even though they received payment I did not stay and found two rooms elsewhere .. certainly did not feel safe based on the people that were hanging out around the hotel.

Didn’t stay concerned for safety

when I checked the lobby was very barron of furniture, decor or anything welcoming. The clerk must have sensed my concern as he told me to look at the room and if there was a problem to let him know. As we went to the room we noticed more of the building looked run down with abandoned vehicles in the parking lot and sketchy looking people milling around in the parking lot. We looked at the room—it was not appealing and the bed looked like a rollaway on a platform. Because of this we decided not to stay there. unfortunately I booked st a non refundable price so I got no money back—my safety was more valuable to me. I asked for a refund and was refused. I can’t believe Wyndham knows the condition of this facility and has it associated with them.

The Days Inn needs to check rooms before placing families in them.

Location was great.

A/C was broke. It put out cold air yes. However, it made the worst noise and LOUD. They came to look at it and there was nothing they could do. They only gave our family of 4 two washcloths and 3 towels. When asked for more they had NONE. This place could be great but small things made it bad.

Was dirty and I found a used syringe in the room the morning we were leaving!! The people next door fought all night.. the TV didn't work.. no phone in our room and the bed was uncomfortable and smelly!!

Nasty. Don’t recommend.

Facilities were nasty, employee was unhelpful and seemed annoyed to have to move us when we found dried pee in our bed. First room we were given was AWFUL (crumbs & white powder on the floor, yellow crusty stain on the bed, smelled like smoke, trash in room). Second room was better, but was not the layout we booked and was smaller with no partial refund offered. Still smelled like cigarette smoke (was supposed to be non-smoking). We will never go back.

Location was good hotel was not.

Location was close to food and entertainment.

The floor was filthy, sheets, and only 1 light worked. The fridge was louder than the TV. The front desk took personal calls and face timed while checking me in which made it take like 30 min.

The room/bathroom was very dirty!!! We didnt walk around the room without shoes on or even take a shower without them on. The room service wasn't the best. They don't have enough towels for you to shower and get in the pool.
