nice condo and staff without food and bar services

nice condo — cordial and helpful staff

we expected hotel type dining facilities and a bar — all dining and bar services were closed so we had to go out for dining and cocktails —- resulted in just an expensive place to sleep

It was fine but I would not book there again.

The breakfast was O.K. I wish there had been more of a fruit selection, and a choice of plain milk vs. half and half., honey vs. sugar.

I didn' like the fact that there was a thermostat in the room but I was told I should not use it. [I did any way.] I did not like the fact that I was not initially told how to turn on the dishwasher. [I figured it out by trial and error.] I didn't appreciate the fact that one member of the staff let her dislike for me become obvious. [I believe she did not like me for complaining about the heat in the room, and my complaining about the drainage in bathroom sink. [Thanks to Melia, that issue was resolved.] Last thing: In my opinion, the dinner at Ania's Table was horrible......and not worth the exorbitant price.

All goodies breakfast etc excellent Great views. Excellent housekeeping . Hardworking concierge service

no way ever pre-pay for ski days!! Concieges should have known. Since no discount or use limitations by day and weather an issue. Cost me $500 did not need to pay. Inspirato was no where to be found and sure they responsible for high pricing Parking @ any price much less $300 terrible. Should has the same rights as an owner....free parking. Esp @ $2600 a nite!! Cold environment and littke/no interaction with other guests ala European ski experience

The stay was fabulous and the property wonderful.

Besides being treated like royalty, everything.

I went through Booking.com to try to add another day onto my reservation. Booking.com said I could not, that I would forfeit the booking and be charged a 100 percent cancellation fee. I called Lumiere and they were happy to extend my stay.
