I expected better.

I liked the desk area and the size of the bed.

The TV was in an awkward position. I requested my room to be cleaned 2 times but it never happened. The 'breakfast' is lacking.

Old hotel

The only good thing is location- its close to the airport.

Pretty much everything else. Room was very outdated. The bed was not comfortable. Bathroom was small and didn't have any bath wash. Everything looked like in the hotel from shining. Breakfast was very sad. No hot food. Don't waste your money and eat somewhere else. Or find another hotel

Grandma's hotel

The lady at the front desk when we arrived was extremely friendly. She was kind, thoughtful, and very patient as we checked in. I enjoyed our chit chat and getting to know her a bit. When we had a problem in the room, she was quick to rectify the issue.

This place is a dump and falling apart. The only thing holding it together is the paint I'm sure of it. And even that is chipped and falling off. No upkeep has been done to this place over the years and it's so obvious. The bathroom had a great big dent in the floor because of a flood and the paint had already started pulling off around the bottom of the doors and trim. It's only a matter of time before that third floor bathroom falls into the second floor. The bed was lumpy and bumpy, everything looked and felt so dated.

We will be back!

Everything was amazing! The staff was so pleasant. And remembered who we were and when we came back from our event, and my daughter was on crutches, they were so accommodating and wanted to help out and see if we needed anything. Way to go! Customer service is in my blood, and I was very impressed!

The staff were very helpful! Breakfast was generous. The room itself was outdated, but comfortable. TV had poor reception. Kitchen was not well equipped.

Shower shampoo & body wash were out, no extra toilet paper. Bed was tolerable. Lighting was not great, and no USB charging for iPhone.

suite style accommodations were great for our stay of 4 nights. The staff was great. The accommodations were clean. Bed

suite style was excellent with large desk for working from “home” and free internet was easy to connect and perfect. The breakfast “to go” was a nice format. Full kitchen was great. King bed was great. staff was very friendly. Having a private deck off the 4th floor bedroom was awesome!

the rooms are definitely worn and looking tired and in need of a refresh. The size of bath towels are small, but staff was happy to provide extras for us. The suite style worked so well for us for 4 nights we were fine with all.

We remember when this hotel was newer, better. A little disappointed in it.

Good staff, friendly.

Facility is very dated. Badly needs more attention to room failures. Lights burned out, towel rack in bath hanging by the screws separated from the wall etc.

Bagged breakfast was pretty "covish". Limited selection. Didn't expect more. Room was clean and quite.

Though a non-smoking establishment smell of marijuana was pretty strong in lobby and elevator at times

If the noise wouldn't have kept me awake it would have been perfect. Really good buy.

friendliness and helpfulness of the staff; welcomed our large dog - gave him a goodie bag; surprise breakfast bag was wonderful; bed was comfortable

refrigerator was noisy; next door neighbors played their TV all night so didn't sleep well
