Very disappointed never again

The pool was so cold it couldn’t be used when reported to the front desk they simply said yeah we know it’s Been going on for a month no lighting in the pool room either my toilet was leaking and ready to tip over and I suggest you bring your own pillows and blankets the pillows were 2 inches thick and worn out the “blanket” was literally a thick sheet for the amount of money I spent for two nights I’m very disappointed

I loved the staff, convenient location and my bed was amazing!

The staff were very welcoming. My bed was so amazing after a 6 hr drive it was much needed.

The only complaint was the cabinet that the mini fridge was in the hinge was broke and the mini fridge had not been wiped out.

Not worth the $400 we paid for the room!

Location was okay though the noise from the highway was quite loud at night. Breakfast was good. Staff was good.

Property maintenance was poor. Our smoke detector was hanging off the wall. Microwave cabinet door had a broken hinge. Towels and duvet were stained. Tub was stained. Towels were thin and worn.

Layout was good, property clean but way over priced for the smell.

The smell was awful, elevator and hallways smelled like sewer. Very nauseating! Washclothes looked like they had been used to scrub floors and towels very thin:(

We truly enjoyed our stay.

The location was easy to get too and quiet considering it was close to the expressway. Loved the store and breakfast items served. The room was very spacious and clean. I greatly appreciated the front desk staff that checked me in and settled my nerves after an unpleasant email.

The morning of our arrival, I received an email stating the hotel attempted to charge my credit card for my stay. I had a free cancellation and pay at the hotel option with my reservation. My email came with a threat of losing my room if I did not pay immediately. I drove up earlier to ensure I didn't lose my room. The hotel should adhere to the reservation stipulations agreed to upon booking the room on Booking.com.

Breakfast was ok.

Over 2 days without internet. Manager said that AT&T has down. We didn't believe that because several family members that live in that city have AT&T and no internet issues. Also room phone did not work. Told them first day there. Still not working when we checked out 6 days later. We won't stay there again.

We got a free upgrade to a suite, so our room was spacious. Everything was very clean. Bed was comfy. Hot tub worked great and was spacious and deep. Breakfast was great. Had make your own waffles, eggs, sausage, potatoes and lots of other non hot items.

The vent on the floor in the pool area had all kinds of stains that were really gross. It looked like squished dead bugs without the bug bodies.

We enjoyed our stay.

We loved the layout of the king suite, with actual door between the sleeping area and the rest of the suite.

Our room was at the end of the building closer to the highway (Hwy 41), and there was much more road noise. The last time we stayed a month ago, our room was at the opposite end of building and really did not notice any road noise.
