Quite disappointed was expecting more

Nice big apartments, bedroom upstairs, great views from balcony overlooking marina. Clean. Good swimming pool and never busy.

Bar opposite very noisy until past midnight. Didn’t get much sleep. No decent beach near and nothing worth walking to. No flexibility for early check in so no chance of a room before 3pm! One of the girls on reception not very friendly. Floor in living area raised due to water damage. Showing wear and tear already and just been updated.

We had a great time at this resort.

Location. We loved watching the boats go by right from our balcony. Our unit was spacious and comfortable, with a full kitchen. Our booked snorkel trip took off and returned right at the resort. Nice!

OK place to stay for a short term.

It was a large two-story room with a nice view of the water.

Check-in took over 40 minutes because no one was at the front desk.

Viel Platz für wenig Geld

Großes Apartment mit Küche und Balkon. Wir waren nur 2 Nächte dort, aber wer einen längeren Aufenthalt plant, ist hier gut bedient. Nur die Schlafcouch war ein wenig unbequem.

Position on the channel is great, room are obiously recently renewed, good job!

taps in the 2 bathrooms aren't well installed, too close to the edge of the sinks, but this was really the only downpoint of this beautiful place

Great location, lovely unit but bring earplugs.

Spacious, very convenient for local amenities. Very clean and good amenities in the unit.

Directly across from a very busy bar and restaurant that played loud music until 2 am. It was impossible to sleep!

Comfortable room and good location but found cockroaches in the kitchen

Had a stay at this place and was mostly pleased with the experience. The accommodation was spacious and its location right by the marina was perfect, especially if you’re into snorkeling tours. The bed? Super comfy with ample pillows and towels. Additionally, it was clear the room had recently undergone renovations, and they didn’t skimp on the amenities - the provided soaps, shampoos, and dishwashing essentials were a nice touch. There were two TVs on each floor. AC worked seamlessly.

The stairs might pose a challenge for those with mobility issues. Also, a downside was discovering cockroaches in the kitchen cabinets, which was a definite drawback. The hygiene is questionable.

Was good or the one night stay on our way to Key West

The location was good and check in was fast. It was ok for the quick one night stay on was to Key West, not sure I would stay there again or long term..

The place looked different then the picture's and for some reason I thought it was a 2 bedroom not a one bedroom - could have been my fault on that one. Also, didn't know about $25.00 charge to have my boat/trailer on site which our parking spot was coned off and we were told if your spot has a cone you cannot park there or move the cone - had to park it on the street yet still charged.

The location was excellent, next to many restaurants and the staff were attentive and friendly. I loved that it was by the waterway, and we were able to sit and watch the boats pass by.

The pullout sofa was extremely uncomfortable with a big dent. Other than that, all was well.

Great place, horrible bed. Won’t stay again bc of bed :(

The room was very clean, stocked nicely with Bath and Body works stress relief items! That was a nice touch. I loved having the balcony also. Very close to amenities and within walking distance to do things. The price was great for 2 nights!

THE BED! So uncomfortable, hurt our backs and bodies for 2 nights. I feel like this can make or break your trip. We went as a couple trip without our child so relaxing and spending time in bed would have been nice. The bed was stiff and hard though making it hard to enjoy that. Also, coming into the room, there was too much fragrance from some sort of air freshener. We didn’t smell it after the first day but it was so strong, giving us both a headache and stuffed up after that. We will not stay here again because of the bed since that is important to us and overall enjoyment of a trip :(

Overall great stay without feeling like in a commercial hotel.

Great location and good size of the room

Encountered an issue with the AC during the stay. No overnight assistance with the issue and overall mishandling the situation by maintenance in the morning.

Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable.

Bad soundproofing. The sofa bed creaks terribly. There is no washer and dryer in the room even though the room description says they are. At four in the morning, every day, we were woken up by a rooster who lives somewhere opposite. The rating of the hotel is doubled.

Not really a problem and I should have known already because they are really hotel suites and not long stay or apartment rentals but no oven (although there is a hot plate and a microwave) no dishwasher nor washer/dryer .. but really - no complaints

Great location and comfortable suites with nice king bead

I enjoyed the location along the waterway. Espcially liked the nearby restaurants, Skippy and Sharkies. Music at Sharkies was good. I liked the convenience of the washer/dryers

A lovely stay in the keys with excellent customer service

All decks overlook the Marina, a couple of restaurants within walking distance, lovely staff.

Bed was not very comfortable, floors could have been cleaner. Pull out couch was also not terribly comfortable.

Nice space , could be kept better

The apartment was nice and with a lot of space ! parking spot right in front of the apartment , as well as quick drive to restaurants and grocery stores!

Did not feel like the apartment was airout at all. towels were not perfectly clean, we found spots and hairs.
