Just what we needed for a quick stay for family funeral.

location was easy to return to after the funeral. The front desk man was wonderful ! He gave his condolences to us for our family death. He was able to suggest a Walmart very nearby,when I said I didn't have proper shoes for the snow.

We wished that a cot was available to use for our Grandson. A cable TV station guide would have been great . Our Grandson wanted to watch TV,but it wasn't possible to find any he wanted.

Great dog friendly place

Location is super convenient, accessible to everything. The road is busy but the facility is set back from the road so the noise is minimal. Room set up is super efficient, plenty of space to put things and stay organized. Red Roof Inn is sincerely pet friendly. I travel with 3 beagles and there are no rules or extra charges. I had a great area out back to walk them. The room was immaculate and the bed comfortable. The customer service from the staff was awesome, everyone is incredibly polite and professional.

I felt very uncomfortable in the room. If the floor was

floor was extremely dirty and water kept appearing from the floor. Bathroom and floors need updating.

mop the floors more often. I spilled water and cleaned it up and the paper towel was black. It felt dirty inside the room.

Bed was comfy, I slept very well, price was comparable:)

I liked everything it was a perfect stay! Staff were friendly and very professional. Room was very clean! Very little noise at night too!

Maybe a little more food for breakfast.

Great value. Great location. Friendly, attentive staff. Would recommend.

Great staff - came to door every morning asking if we needed more supplies.

Side entrance door did not lock.

Nt a fancy room, but it was clean and reasonable priced.

Good location, good price, great staff.

The room could use freshening up. We prefer the accessible room, as my wife has to use a walker. There was a lot of noise from all the motorcyclists.

close to lake George village for bike week ,

bed wasn’t made covers just thrown over ! pink nail on floor 🤢 never vacuumed or swept ! had to keep asking for towels and toilet paper !

Location

Requested a ground floor room, as I have trouble w stairs, they put me on 2nd floor 😕 The room had an order. Remote to tv was crap. No blow-dryer, had 2 in room at my last stay, not consistent w room provisions. I was rather disappointed with this visit, as the price went up like 30 since my last stay cpl months ago. I think I may explore other options next time

This was a good, affordable, comfortable place for a one night stay, with a courteous staff.

The room was clean and easily accessible (my wife uses a walker. It was comfortable for a one night stay. It was very clean.

The room could use some refreshing in terms of paint and trim.

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable.

WiFi very spotty. Very slow and cut out periodically. Spectrum sucks Poor girl at the desk had a hard time finding my reservation because it went through booking . com. (not her fault] Also she was half asleep because she was on her 10th hour of working. She deserves a raise . She was knowledgeable and helpful

it was only for one night, we were traveling, mom's room had bugs in the room so the staff were awesome and gave her

we liked the location, being close to restaurants

the only thing we didn't like was there were spiders and stink bugs in mom's room

Too dirty, would not stay again...

The location is great, short ride to Lake George, outlets, surrounded by restaurants, etc. Love that they allow dogs at no charge. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful.

Dirty washcloths and towels, we refused to use them went to local store and bought our own. Dirty sheets, bathroom walls and ceiling paint peeling and filthy splatter on them especially near the toilet! Seriously lacking in cleanliness!!! Beds are hard and uncomfortable. Our room location in the front near the office had a lot of traffic noise. People were sitting in the chairs in the front of the rooms conversing until 2am. Went to speak to front desk staff, no one was available phone number left, called phone number no one answered.
