Very Nasty Place

Nothing. It was awful! Very dirty

It was awful! They asked us if we wanted smoking or non-smoking rooms, and we said non. We got to the rooms, and both smelled so bad of cigarette smoke, and the bathtub had burn marks all over it. The bathroom door wouldn't close the door jam didn't line up. There were no blankets on the beds only sheet. The extra blankets were in the bathroom area, and they were like burlap sacks. One had a white spot on it that looked like giz... Vending machine nasty! Nothing in it! Ice machine I can't even begin to tell you how bad it was! And it didn't work either!! Very disappointing 😞

Our stay was horrible for the one night that we were there we felt like we were sleeping on springs

Nothing there was bugs and it was terrible

There were bugs in the bed and in the bathroom the outlets didn’t work and it smelt bad.

This place needs to be shut down. It is so disgusting just so disgusting. Everything is falling apart it's gross there's bugs the air conditioners are not on. The health department needs to pay them a visit

Made our reservation over a month ago through Booking.com . I have two support dogs that are my life!!!! They knew how many and what kind. This was a dog friendly motel. After traveling over 1500 miles, we finally arrive around 930pm, go to check in. "I'm sorry, we only take ONE DOG at a time ". I Said, I have TWO, loving dogs. I began to cry and started to beg. Asked if she would please just let them stay. She would not. We sat un their parking lot completely lost. I called the reservation desk. They set us up with La Vista, with our dogs. Not the cleanest, but they allow dogs and that's ok with me!!!! We've been here since the the 3rd of September and we are very grateful. I will never go through Booking.com again unfortunately.

Need a lot of repairs done to rooms

Had to switch rooms 3 times first room smelled like straight dog and ac didn’t work second room ac wouldn’t work toilet messed up and tv didn’t work third room ac same face off the ac unit barely working tried to stay in each room about an hour front desk guy says ac take a minute to work I checked in about 430 5pm it’s 830pm in I’m still miserable as hell

Bed and room size, hot water, mini fridge and microwave,

The shower was short. If you're 5ft 7 or taller, that shower isn't going to be great. The carpet needs to be replaced or at least a carpet cleaning. Better blanket for the bed would have been nice as it was just a sheet to use other than the 2 throw blankets. Other than that, everything else wasn't bad. Just not worth 100 a night imo.

The absolute worst hotel I have ever been in

The only good thing about it was the full size refrigerator other than that I would never recommend this hotel to even a homeless person.

Well for starters the black mold in the bathroom all the electrical outlets were loose to the point plugs didn't stay in them their cable TV was six channels of static the carpet turned my feet black walking on a barefoot one time and the staff were very disrespectful and would not provide copies of the contract and rule sheet.

I suggest this hotel be removed as a listing through Booking.com

There was nothing positive about this property.

It was unsafe. It appears as though they rent rooms long term to folks who are experiencing drug addictions. The rooms were outdated and not clean. Staff was unpleasant but did refund our money. We did not end up staying due to safety concerns.

I saw a bedbug on the bed when I was going to sleep. I could not sleep peacefully because I woke up as if someone was crawling on me. Killed another one next to the pillow at night and wanted to go to sleep in the car. Room 228

Go somewhere else to book your stay, it's not worth it!!

Nothing!

The whole room! This place either needs to be updated or shutdown for good for the price you have to pay with no benefits! We didn't even take a shower because of the bathroom being so nasty where they don't clean the shower/tub because we found hair in the shower and tub. Please be advised......... Go somewhere else to stay!! I have more pictures, but can only leave one on each choice!

Not having drug dealers there And The homeless in and out the fighting I believe that this place needs to be looked into by law enforcement and others

I give this place an absolute 0 rating

The rooms were not suitable TV's didn't work and we also didn't have a blanket they gave us one with burn holes in it. We went to 4 different rooms finally the fifth one was ok but didn't have any channels to watch on TV.

The cleanliness of the place and definitely needs an upgrade

Upon arrival to our room air conditioning was not turned on or working. Spider webs everywhere. Linens not acceptable. Canceled my stay.

The staff is wonderful. It’s a peaceful spot for me.

I like the location. It was a good room to get away by myself after work/ family stress. I like the pool, perfect for recovering from flying.

The WiFI was slow to connect- I was worried about the plumbing in the bathroom.

Would never stay here again. Didn't get much sleep. Scared for me and my car. Tear it down.

I wasn't robed. I wasn't stabbed. I didn't die. No one wanted to share my room with me.

I was bitten multiple times by small spiders in the bed. No room to sit on the commode and close the bathroom door the bathroom was so small. Scared to park my car in front of my room because it was on the end and next to the road and someone could steal tires or break into my car with no one seeing them. Sketchy clientele. Really scarred the entire stay.

Disgusting

The room smelled like mold and I dreaded using the bathroom. The drain flies were out of control, and there were also large gnats. Had to keep the dor closed. We had to keep getting door keys because they wouldn't work. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows felt like lumps of cotton balls stuffed in a case. The front door had a gap at the bottom. The up side is the staff was very friendly.
