It couldn't have been worse, maybe.

Easy access, air-conditioning was great.

Outlets didn't work, hand print on the wall, very small towels, no soap, light bulbs burnt-out, no batteries in the remote control.

Very Lacking

Location good.

I paid $10 extra for the lake view side and there is NO Lake View unless you walk right up to the trees n bushes at the edge of the parking lot and peek through. Also breakfast was chincy with it being nearly all breads. The only protein was yogurt and I'm lactose intolerant. The front coffee pot was empty so used the back one for my husband. It was not labeled so could have been decaf which I drink but couldn't take a chance n drink it since caffeine makes me ill. I paid for a second day and asked for towels to be replaced. When we came back Saturday evening no clean towels. I won't stay there again.

So-so.

2 double beds, fridge, microwave.

Tiny room! Had to shimmy around the second bed to reach the bathroom. Heater/AC unit was loud and either on or off. Clocks in room had wrong time. No foot rug by door to wipe wet/dirty feet. (It rained most of he time we were there.)

Unsatisfied and ripped off

The lamp shades were mismatched and seen. One had no light bulb. The lights over the vanity were mismatched and one was so bright you couldn't have it on when you were in the bad. The the plumbing was so freaking loud when the person in the Next Room was taking a shower it felt like something was wrong. Breakfast was only till 9:30 on the weekend and we miss it. I thought they advertised a pool but I did not see any. There were shipping containers in the parking lot next to our room with old broken down furniture by it. We paid for a room with the view of the lake. It was a joke the weeds in the grass were so grown up we couldn't even see anything. We could not park in front of our room because we were on the very end and there was only a handicap stall there. The towels smelled like musty wet dog and were Gray. Extremely overpriced! I feel like we were ripped off and think we should get at least half of our money back!

Disappointing

The staff had good customer service skills. They were polite, kind and went out if their way to help. The rooms was clean and well appointed.

The faucet to turn the shower on would not work for me. I was afraid to pull too hard as I did not want to break it. I went to call the front desk for help and the phone did not work. At breakfast, I told the front desk. They said I needed to pull it harder. I am a senior and I never got it on. It should not be that difficult.

The location was pretty good, extra place was good breakfast, right on a beautiful River

Front desk was not rude, but they were pretty bland, kind of spaced out looking. Nice big smile, and " I hope you enjoy your stay!"..would have been nice. The river they could really use someone mowing stuff down so you can actually see it better. The walls were kind of thin and we could hear somebody coughing the entire time which kind of freaked us out. Also a quick fix for this place could be a better lighting- the rooms were pretty dark unless you have the curtains pulled back, and the rooms are very crowded, kind of small. Not much of a breakfast but that's usually to be expected in these kind of chains.

Disappointing

The front desk is very helpful and helping me in the issues with the TV when we first got there and helping us with a place to eat.

I was woken up by cleaning lady at 8:30 in the morning thinking it was time to come clean my room when the entire hotel with this so I don't know why anyone would start cleaning. When I was taking my shower with the door open the fire alarm was going on and we had to take a towel and get it to calm down for a while before it shut off.

Good value for a comfortble stay

I arrived early, and they were able to book me in immediately. My room was quite and comfortable, and the breakfast was very nice, with lots of variety available.

The microwave in my room didn't work (although I would not have used it, anyway).

Close to the freeway easy on and off

I reserved a one bed room when I got there they didn’t have any and I had to pay extra for a two beds in a room which I think is not acceptable

Good location not bad for the price

WiFi not working on checking in, guy on reception not interested as his was working. Ladies on reception the following morning happily rebooted router and all worked fine from then. A little more help the day before could have sorted it

Just wanted to go somewhere private to talk about her surgery on the 13th.

Price

AC/ heater did not work properly. No ac had to turn on and off the heater. When I complained about it. My answer was we knew it was broke, and we don’t have another room, or refunds. The bed was like an old sway back horse. I have had back surgery, and it was difficult to sleep. At 6:30 I went to the office to find out they were just starting on it. We left and will never return.

Good location for my needs and friendly front desk person.

The beds were very comfortable!

The bathroom light above the sink kept flickering a couple of times during our stay but not enough for us to make an issue of it. And the tub faucet was a little difficult to manage.

For the price I didn't expect much, but I have no complaints, friendly staff, showers were nice and hot, everything worked.
