There were no issues with the property. It was a bit overpriced, and the staff was not very friendly or helpful.

It was a nice stay and the accomendations were just fine. We were there to sleep and visit family in

I liked the location and I liked the the rooftop patio! The bed was comfortable. The staff members were nice and helpful.

The bathroom was a little dated and not super clean. The towels are very thin and not soft.

Pricey for the value- mediocre room at best

Beds were comfortable, breakfast was good

Front desk worker was not friendly, phone, alarm clock and charging station did not work, bathroom vanity was very damaged and should be replaced

Solid choice for a clean, comfy stay.

Everyone here was so nice and welcoming. I had to relocate here after a bad AirBnB experience and they upgraded me to a suite. Comfy beds, clean rooms, good hot tub/pool area, and decent breakfast. Covered parking was a great bonus.

Just a bit expensive due to the location but that was canceled out with the upgrade for me. Same price for a smaller/non-suite room would have felt expensive.

Kudos to the Front Desk Staff for handling a cancellation with professionalism!

Very, very helpful staff in dealing with a refund, as we could not make it to Utah with car troubles. Shout to Rick at the front desk, who took all of the calls and e-mails like a true professional!

We could not make it to Salt Lake and experience the hotel or the area.

Short lived stay.

The location was good. The available amenities around were good.

The staff was short-tempered when we arrived to check-in. The bathroom was dirty. There were no toiletries to use the restroom or take a shower. The bed was a bit stiff for my liking, and it felt worn out.

Price was far above the all round quality we would have expected and NO we will never return

There was no real breakfast

Breakfast was non existent and we waited 30 minutes for the staff to refurnish the scrambled eggs that was empty when we arrived and stayed empty even though two staff came out to check. Worst included breakfast we have had all round

My room needs some attention. The mini fridge casing needs fixed. There was a muffin in the closet

Milk was cold.

OK for purpose, but not great.

Easy location for hospital visits, standard Hampton decor. I liked the Spiral Jetty prints and large in-room fridge.

Maintenance issues throughout. Torn sticker in elevator, thermostat doesn't work/change, box of discarded air filters outside my window. Seems understaffed.

Uncomfortable beds, awkward main entrance.

It was clean.

There’s not much parking. The property is nestled in between stores so it’s not an obvious entrance. The beds were as hard as concrete.

I liked the proximity to Rice Eccles stadium for the football game we drove up to see.

I was unhappy they didn't have a shuttle that would take us and pick us up from the game. At over $300.00 a night, you would think they would bend over backwards to make their guests happy. Went downstairs for breakfast @9:35 and everything was gone. Breakfast was supposed to be until 10:00 am.

Lovely place to stay.. just make sure payment is correct

I loved the fact that it was close to Hoggle Zoo which is where we wanted to be.

I had put my credit card in but paid with cash... unfortunately they also charged my credit card so waiting for money to be rembursed

A really good place to stay.

The rooms we booked... there were 2 rooms.... suited us very well... the main room was large with a sitting area so we could all be together when not sleeping. Everything was clean and tidy and the staff were very helpful especially the Lady cleaning the rooms with her help to supply some bags for us to put extra rubbish in.

I would have liked to see maybe bacon and eggs and sausages out for breakfast
