If you can, skip this place.

The pricing was better than other places in Temple, but that wasn't a surprise. The staff member the next morning was very sweet.

The check-in process was sketchy, the rooms looked like they were falling apart and the bed itself was questionable. I slept in my clothes for fear of germs. The ceiling in the bathroom was peeling off. There were dirty socks stuffed behind our towels. We also didn't feel safe.

Disappointing

It was a spacious room.

Not a good environment for kids or dogs. No place to walk your dog. Some people stay there should be in rehab.

I will stay there again in the future.

I had asked for a room away from foot traffic. I was given an upstairs room and it was perfect. My dog slept well and didn't bark. They even asked me when I checked in if an upstairs room was OK. It was quiet through out the whole complex. The size of the refrigerator was beyond anything I had expected.

The shower curtain needed attention in room 210. It kept sliding down. The information on the website didn't address the pet fee well enough. When I arrived I was expected to pay cash for the pet fee and I only travel with credit cards. This was inconvenient. I like to know what I have to pay right front when I book the room.

it served a need for one night

The location was good but due to covid, no breakfast.

The booking said no charge for my dog, but clerk charged a $10 upcharge. the bedding and furniture had burns even though it was a none smoking room. The toilet bobbled when water was turned on in shower. people outside and upstairs were loud past 2am.

Awesome staff

Location was good and the house keepers were nice. Evening staff awesome. The YOUNG MAN wishing thing's front desk was very polite.

I did not like the fact my door what's broken for a few days. Also the heater wasn't working properly.

The bathroom was made for handicapped access. The kitchen was a plus. Right by hospital.

The room was clean and comfortable the only thing the couch in room had visible stains and dust but the bed was perfectly clean

The stay, the room, the staff, the privacy, quietness, and just the stay was amazing.

There's nothing I didn't like.

Oo, for the money

Very comfortable beds

Had a problem with the toilets flushing and no hot water. Also, nothing to cook with. If I knew I would have brought my own.

Old coffee pot

Location is very convenient

Coffee pot was old & looked not properly cleaned. On my last day, I saw that the fridge has some frozen food that who knows how long has it been there.

Nothing but location was okay

It said there was kitchenettes but there was not. The floors were dirty. Bathrooms dirty. Bedding very old and uncomfortable.
