The pool was green(nothing like the clear water in the advertising on booking). There is mold all over the walls of the pool area. Overall the pool area was absolutely disgusting! There were cups with leftover food sitting on a table that was never cleaned up. My kids were excited to swim after a long day of traveling, and were disappointed that they couldn’t due to the conditions of the pool area. I went to workout in the fitness room only to find that it was being used as a storage area. You couldn’t even walk in the room because there were boxes blocking the entrance.

The parking lot and lobby smelled like marijuana so bad, it was sickening. There were drug deals happening in the parking lot, multiple drug deals. The lobby was dirty, the front desk office was so messy and piled high with stuff falling over they couldn’t close the door. There was a shoot out in the parking lot the night before we got there, because a resident told me about it in the lobby bc she was asking for a band aid for her toe she scraped while running away from the shootout. This is not a place for a family. This is not a safe place for anyone. I am aware that your cooperation is making plenty of money off of this spot, bc the hotel was booked, but I beg you to close this down. To charge a family $235 for one room, for one night is the most absurd thing ever! Thankfully after calling Wyndham customer service, I was able to get the money back. We were there a total of 40 minutes or less, didn’t even go to the room, because we knew we were not safe there. We spent 30 minutes on the phone, in the truck in the parking lot, with customer service trying to get a refund she was finally about to convince him. He was nice to me, after speaking to customer service himself. This hotel should not be rated the way it is on booking.com. I would have never ever booked this for my family. The ratings for this hotel should be much much lower than booking.com is displaying.

The towels in the room were dirty, stains and strands of hair in the bed as if someone had just checked out and it wasn’t cleaned. The pool was very dirty and the tub was stopped up

Value, amenities, size of room, room service. Included full breakfast. Check in was fast. Everything in working order. Very satisfied.

Decor was dated Just looked tired Some haphazard repair work was done in the bathroom The room had a weird smell. The freezer compartment of the refrigerator was not clean. I think the smell was coming from that. It was off-setting. I missed not having a coffee maker in the room.
