Place was fare condition, staff was lazy and room was dirty.

Not to bad. Juice machine was down.

Alot of cigarette ashes on bed comforter and even when we turned comforter down there where ashes on the sheets. A burned out cigarette 🚬 seting on air-conditioner. We rented a no smoking room. Remote was missing. They did get us another but that one stopped working. Very dirty floor wouldn't walk barefoot.

Our stay was very pleasant and we will be back!

Great location. Easy to walk to restaurants and activities. Staff was amazing

Worth the money for an overnight stay on the strip

The value for where we were on the strip was AMAZING! We could see the water show at the aquarium from our window!

We had to pull the bed out to find another plug in… and there was som stuff behind the bed.. so maybe a little more through in the cleaning but the room overall was clean and fresh

Courtesy staff & excellent location!

The staff was very friendly and accommodating! We had reserved two rooms and the refrigerator did not work in one and while we were out they had it replaced and cold by the time we got back! We were also late getting to breakfast, but the lady was very nice and made sure we all had plenty of hot food to eat!

the breakfast was good. everything was close. shower was super clean.

the pool wasn't in service.the people next to us smell like some outside. the guy wasn't very helpful that worked at night. my family was upset we drove for so many hours for nothing we didn't stay all 3 days we left on Sunday very disspoint

Very good

Excellent high shower head with great water pressure with plenty of hot water. Very comfortable. Excellent location.

Problem with TV but they came to fix it quickly. Pool was closed but they have parts on order to fix it. Issues reported to management who was very receptive to feed back and truly acted like they wanted things to be better.

disappointed over all

Breakfast was good, but did not like that we had to walk to a different building down a hill to get to it. The room was great, clean and comfy. Location was spot on, all kinds of things to do near by.

Well at first we thought is was great until we were locked out of my room for over an hour, and noone could find a key to help us get in, the pool was closed the whole time we were there ( 4 days ), the Ice Machine did not work, and we kept getting the run around when asked about the pool. Mind you the weekend we were there it was 100 degrees.

It was disappointing and it stunk.

The Breakfast was excellent Saturday morning. Sunday's breakfast was cold and undercooked..

The room stunk like it was moldy, and it had a cigarette smoke smell. It was so bad, we had to go to the store and buy a can of Lysol to spray the room. I asked for a lower-level room because of my disability, and they put up on the very top. It was very disappointing. I booked this hotel specifically because it said the pool was open. IT WAS NOT! we weren't able to swim the whole weekend. I don't think I will return to this establishment again!

Horrible experience and filthy

Brought food to put in a refrigerator, that was broken and would not work. The carpet was nasty I would not walk on it without shoes. The room smelt like mold. The room location was in a horrible spot, we drove 14 hours to get a room that was facing the main road, and music played till 11:15 pm. Went for breakfast and there was very little to choose from the food was not replenished and a family of about 15 came just as we got there and they whipped out the buffet. I was so ready to leave.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The location was close to most of the attractions. It was a reasonable price as well.

The bed was uncomfortable. It was hard on the edges and soft in the middle. Almost like it was old and sinking in the middle. The shower made a horrible sound when it was on and the floor was soaked after the shower even using the curtain.

Enjoyed, but experienceed New Owner growing pains

Jacuzzi tub with very hot water. Super soft sheets & a comfortable bed. Good breakfast.

The pool was being repaired the week we were there. We had to walk to a different building for breakfast because the breakfast room wasn't ready yet. We ended up enjoying the walk, so it wasn't too bad.

Good location, friendly staff and worth for money

refrigerator is not cleaned properly and not usable. Breakfast was not in same building and have to walk a bit to different building.

Bed bugs

We traveled there early December. There was bed bugs, and we had to leave in the middle of the night after finding them. Having to then cut our trip short. We had to throw away our personal pillows/blankets and wash all of our clothing. They have promised a refund and have YET to give it a month later even after calling and checking on the “refund” several times. Such an inconvenience.

The property is in a very good place.

Every towel we picked up was dirty! the flooring looked like it has a lot of damage and the bathroom smelled like smoke.

The location was good but that's it

There were roaches in the room. A "use" tissue in the night stand drawer and old food scattered throughout the room. No smoke detector burned out light bulbs and one lamp in the room. It felt like a rent by the hour type room. Totally disgusting. The kids wouldn't sleep under the blankets and when I brought the used tissue issue up the young woman was nonchalant about it. Would not recommend

showers are not made for the average person, I stood taller than the shower head, nothing in vending machines, add on solar panel charges- so you pay for their solar panels and they dont tell you

our bathtub had bad cracks in it and the room our kids stayed in the bath tub didn’t drain well. the a/c in our room didn’t cool well

not sure if they are under staffed or the maids are just lazy but they need to learn how to clean because I was in 3 roo

location of the property was great

bad experience at the motel. first room tv didn’t work, switched to another room & it smelled horrible and was extremely dirty so had to go to another room. fire alarm went off at 1am and woke everyone up, then they just turned them off without even waiting for fire department
