Superb

I've stayed here several times and the staff is always nice and helpful. The rooms always smell good when you walk in and clean and fresh. They allow pets and I travel with my dog so I love that.

It does need more outside lights. They are remolding some of the rooms, and they need to tell the workers to stop at a good time. The breakfast they serve needs more choices and updated more.

I would stay here again (bed was great) and price was comparable. But plan on eating a quick breakfast out.

Will never hear from me again and I will share my experience with every person that will listen

Reservation booked wrong on booking.com, so we just paid but asked hotel to help cancel reservation with booking.com, they said they couldn't do anything and to contact booking.com. Our cieling was collapsed in the shower and the room was not cleaned. When I contacted booking.com to cancel the other reservation, you pointed the finger at the hotel and never responded again which has resulted in us paying a little more but never getting screwed by either of you again.

Spacious and clean room. Convenient guest laundry. Very close to the commercial district, with shops and restaurants.

Vacation nightmare

It is within walking distance to most places.

We were charged an additional $100 deposit that was never mentioned in and correspondence. We also tried for several days to add 3 days to the beginning of the stay and were ignored by both booking.com and the hotel.

reasonably priced but need a lot of updating in the rooms

it was clean and parking was convenient

the bathroom bathtub had stains and needed repairs. the beds were hard and uncomfortable. the air conditioner had a hard time keeping up to keep the room cool.

The front desk lady was very nice.

Rooms are in DESPERATE need of repair and upgrade. The shower curtain rod was falling off, holes in walls, half the lights didn't work, the carpet was sticky to walk on and the room absolutely stunk like cigarettes. The bed was also hard as a rock and the pillows were flat as pancakes. This was room 126. ABSOLUTELY WAY OVERPRICED for the quality of the room I got.

Loved being able to have our medium sized dog with us for an extra $20.

My husband thought the bed was comfortable. The fridge worked good and there was a safe in the room. There was even a desk in the room, which was nice. Check-in was good and the guy at the front desk was very nice.

The door into the motel the closer on the door didn't work and the door banged all night until like 2:00am and then started again at 4:30am. We didn't get hardly any sleep and was so exhausted to even check out the breakfast. We had the room connected to the middle door and it literally shook our room wall. The floor was dirty in our room and there was like 3 things of trash behind the television stand. The towel in the bathroom for the floor was ripped. The toilet seat was broken and wouldn't stay on the toilet.
