I was very disappointed in a $300 room that was so very uncomfortable.

It began with the TV, not working it continued with us being on the second floor facing the main street. The traffic was extremely loud all through the night.

Enjoyed being close to Natural Bridges, getting bread and pastry from Companion Bakery and good hotel coffee

Not worth it for the price. :-(

I liked the big bed and the fact that I could open the window for fresh air.

There was someone else's hair in the bathroom. More importantly, my room faced Mission St. and the noise was disturbing late night.

Great accommodation and very welcoming atmosphere!

The probably was in great condition. The hotel was very modern and the staff were very welcoming! The room sizes were great. Good parking options as well.

A little future away from the main area of Santa Cruz.

Pleasant. Might stay again but will look for a place closer to the pier first.

Breakfast included a variety of food items. Staff was friendly.

Gym didn’t have water. No pool or other type of entertainment for children. Pet area was too small

Hotel is near a bus station to metro center and with several walkable distance tourism spots. The breakfast was good among hotels with same price.

My room was close to the road side, so it was noisy nearly all day.

Great large room, clean building, great breakfast but NOISY from the street!!!

The breakfast was very good! I loved the eggs, now the potatoes could've been cooked a bit more. I did NOT appreciate seeing a "DOG" in the eatery area. The dog was NOT by the food but so close to it, I was uncomfortable!!! the silverware was cheap plastic but overall the food was very good and plentiful.

I was disappointed that the bedroom had no "SHOWER CAP or a magnifying hand held mirror.

Nice facility. Friendly staff. Good location.

I don't think the shower was cleaned. There was black hair on the wall and we don't have black hair. Too expensive for what you receive. I extended my stay and had to pay $100 more for the extra night for the same room. I would have checked out and stayed closer to the beach had I known that. I won't be staying here again when I come back to Santa Cruz.

Very good

Great staff, super comfy bed, very clean, modern TV, good breakfast, nice gym, free parking.

There was an air vent or something similar running through next to the room that constantly made noise and couldn't be turned off. Heater in the room is loud as well.

location was perfect beat UC SC and the beach in quiet part of town
