Stay was, overall pretty good. The waitress gal Cookie was exceptional !

We like the convenience of the restaurant, bar & plenty of parking ! We like staying on the 1st floor. Also, the outdoor surroundings and lake are beautiful & nice for walking.

We were hoping to use the hot tub, but jets weren’t working & tub looked dirty. The sauna didn’t seem to be working either. One of the reasons why we stayed 2 nights !

The food and the service was awesome at the restaurant! The breakfast choices were good.

The hot tub was warm at best and over full. The shower adjustment in the room 139 is not functioning properly. The spa didn't warm up.. We were both looking forward to a relaxing sit in the hot tub that didn't happen. The room was ice cold with the ac on when we got into the room for the first time.

We wouldn’t stay here again unless they update the place.

The hotel needs to be updated. Toilet wouldn’t flush properly, bathroom door wouldn’t stay shut and the main door would catch on the bathroom door and lock us out. The closet door wouldn’t open easily either. The ceiling in the hallway on the 2nd floor was falling apart as well.

This hotel would be a lot better if you spent the off-season updating the hotel.

I liked the price of the hotel and the pool looked to be nice even though we didn't use it.

What didn't I like on this hotel? Well there is a bunch. First was the outside appearance. Paint was chipping through out the complex. Once inside the main entry area looked nice but could use major updating. Walking to our room we noticed again areas that needed to be updated with paint/carpet/etc. Once we got to our room that was serviceable for the one night stay we were doing but there were some issues. One was the rip in the carpet in the center of the floor, next was the bathroom that needs to be updated and the mold or something gross above your head in the shower. Lastly there was no comfortable chair/recliner to sit in. So you basically had to just sit in the bed. The office chair was ok and the chair they had was serviceable so a small adult/child. Lastly the kitchen/restaurant wasn't open Sunday at all so we could stop and get breakfast before we left.

Secluded and quiet hotel with a nice pool and hot tub

Nice pool with a very hot hot tub! Sauna was also nice. We weren’t expecting a breakfast, but it was free! Simple cereal, bread, hard boiled eggs, juice, pastries, and packed breakfast sandwiches. Great water pressure in the shower. Very quiet!

The property is a bit old so smells a little and we saw a bit of mould. Parking lot is under renovation currently so our lake view room had a few cars in front.

Needs alot of fixing up, restaurant had very little on the menu, I know staffing is short but they could provide cleaning of the rooms when u stay more than 2 days all in all I was very dissatisfied especially with the cost of the room per night

I didn't like how dirty the comforter was or that our fridge was sticky and still had a redbull in it from the last person that stayed.

Sub par customer service.

Odd experience, un-settling. The majority of the staff weren't very helpful, or friendly. Very odd interactions with all the staff. The guy at check in did not explain how to get to our room. Which would have been nice considering how far away we had to walk, and find are way through that maze of hallways to find it. The elevator was hidden in back of hotel. We were never told there was one, and therefore assumed there wasn't one. When we asked for an easier way to get to get to our room the guy at the desk could not for the life of him tell us where the other parking lot was. Apparently it was in the marina (how hard is that to explain). You could not go around back, and it didn't seem like we should be parking there. We asked, and the response was not affirmative either way. Perhaps a map of the facility would be helpful. No towels or music in pool area. We got weird looks at the front desk each time we asked for towels. There was nowhere to eat Breakfast. Even though they have a dining room and outdoor patio? That was pretty disappointing. Especially given how far we had to walk to get it, and bring everything for 2 adults and 2 kids back to the room! There was nothing special about the 2 queen room we stayed in other then that the beds were comfy. The location was the best part about the resort. The price just seemed awfully high for the sub par service and amenities offered. It's getting cold out so it's not like we could enjoy the outdoors/location much. Will not be returning for another stay.

We'd been traveling all week with better service at other hotels in the same price range. Disappoint

We like that there was a restaurant. However service the was poor at best for an empty restaurant. Waitress/hostess was asked if we could sit on the patio, response was service was poor. Seated inside. And it went downhill from the, appetizers arriving after drinks salad and meal. Reason another waitress took them? Hmm. We did get them to go. There were just or three couples dining one on patio and us inside.

When we arrived we assumed checking was like the other hotels we'd stayed in 3pm. No 4pm we were asked to come in a hour. You had to go to front desk which was a trek to get towels for the pool. Weren't told of a continental breakfast. But wait we had our appetizers from the night before. The room was very damp and you could smell it. Needed the air on for the moisture in the room to keep allergies at bay, had to heat to get dressed.

The room was dirty in several ways: bed covers, carpeting, bathroom walls and ceiling. The room also felt cramped with bulky furniture and we struggled to access two luggage bags in the small space.

We enjoyed our stay

The view was nice. Dinner was yummy. Staff was helpful and courteous.

They are under staffed so service in the restaurant and bar was slow. We could see that the staff was working very hard to keep up. They were super nice. Exterior of facility could use a coat of paint.
