Everything was perfect! The grounds were beautifully maintain and landscape was incredible! The many waterfall that were scatter about were calming. it was just a perfect place to be.

I can imagine the amount of work it takes to maintain this charming Village resort.from the landscaping to the pool,water features and special artistic decorations scattered throughout the property.They care and it shows! we had a freshly renovated, spotless room with all the comforts of home.We’re very happy with our stay and would return.

disappointed that because of staffing/COVID the dinning area wasn’t open for breakfast.However,the staff turned out very good breakfast foods to take back to your room or eat by the pool.

We enjoyed every minute of our stay! Cher and Josh are fabulous hosts. Couldn’t be more accommodating. Staff is top notch. Everyone is friendly and very helpful. We are booking for next year.

Location very near Chatham and Orleans. Kept very clean.

Had a very difficult time getting vehicle in and out of parking space 244. Many larger vehicles stick out and there is little room to maneuver. The coffee charged for breakfast was expensive and small in size. Staff were pleasant but not overly friendly, especially those who man the front desk.

We were warmly greeted as soon as we walked in. We arrived early and while the room wasn’t ready just yet Peter provided a number of suggestions - from having lunch at the pool or going into downtown Chatham. Throughout our stay, Peter was a great resource to answer all my questions. The room was a nice size (although next time I will request one by the Koi pond and waterfall), very clean and the beds very comfortable. Air conditioning worked really well. The breakfast was really delicious and a great value. We didn’t have a chance to have lunch on property but I expect it was wonderful. It is rare to get turndown service (including Godiva chocolates!) these days, even before Covid, and that was a nice treat. Appreciated the free coffee in the lobby every day. The landscaping is amazing! The location was perfect. This is a family-owned and run property and you can tell how much care they put into the place.

We wished the property had tennis courts but the local middle school is less than 5 minutes away and has 8 courts. We never had to wait for one so the quick drive was no big deal!

It was a cute room and the bathroom was nice.

The bed was very small for 2 and quite uncomfortable.

Great venue for families- everything you need is right there and kids have space to run around. Very clean and focused on covid safety - much appreciated!

A bit outside of town

The hotel has a wonderful Japanese garden with a fish pond in the center, a small park for children, pool and hot tub available the whole day. The rooms are spacious with big beds, TV and a small terrace to have an outdoor sunny breakfast. Our stay was perfect and quite comfortable.

Beautiful grounds. Well maintained. People were super friendly.

The kitchen, the rooms, the greenery, in short, everything was perfect!!!
