Grounds and facility well kept and clean

We liked everything about our stay. The breakfast was simple and that’s what we like. The beds were extremely comfortable and the employees were extremely polite.

Super clean, very modern with large room, refrigerator, table and chairs for eating or work. Extremely quiet. Very nice outdoor area with picnic table and firepits with Adirondack chairs everywhere.

This place is such a gem if I could move in there or we could move in there—I came with my girlfriend of seven months, so a key vacation for us. We just loved the inn at Rye Place.

Very nice and friendly staff. Clean rooms with good space. Beds very comfortable. Close to area attractions. Also has a "grab and go" breakfast. Good muffins.

Everything was essentially brand new. The showers were great! They had a cute area out back with fire pits, fire wood, and corn hole games. It was centrally located. Very nice people!

It was our anniversary so we were trying to have a quiet night but the room next to us had kids that were playing basketball around the vehicles at 8pm…It happens… we understand… The next morning, we packed up before we went to breakfast and put the do not disturb note on the door but someone must have seen us leave, thinking we were gone and when we returned the keys didn’t work and a man met us outside asking for the parking pass… but checkout wasn’t for another hour and 15 mins…

I was amazed by how nice our room was! The Inn provided some bottled water in the room along with a folder/packet of things to do around Rye. I loved that the rooms were direct entry and parking is quite convenient. The property yard was well maintained and provided outdoor fire pits, picnic tables and wooden chairs. They provided coffee in the office which was delicious, and the option for the grab and go breakfast.

everything. What you would want from a small town motel combined with a top tier owner/operator and staff. The room is easily comparable to an 4 or 5 star hotel. Can’t say enough.

The owner was wonderful! Great staff. They made sure you had everything you needed. They explained how the new rooms worked with the newly technology.

Clean, renovated, well kept. Beautiful property. Convenient location. Refreshments available when office was open...nice bonus.

Staff was helpful...when they were around. Was like hunting for Yeti each time. And yes, each time was within daylight hours. The after hours gentleman was extremely helpful...shame I had to call him each time...in the middle of the day. A bit pricey too, but not overly.

The beds were very comfortable. And clean. The room was spacious. The kitchenette was clean and fine.The receptionist was very kind and helpful. Howie suggested a restaurant for breakfast, it was great (The Airfield).

The only thing I could say something negative about was the bathroom sink, the size seemed as if it was for children.

Location and back property!

A bit on the pricey side but it wouldn’t keep me from booking again. Would love a later checkout. Noise machines would be great in the rooms

We loved the charming room; the comfortable beds and the fire pits were a nice surprise. We also enjoyed using the beach pass to visit Sawyer Beach and watched the sunset. Really liked being able to park right in front of our room for easy transport of our luggage. The young lady at the front desk was so sweet and kind.

There isn't anything we didn't like. I do wish there would have been another mirror to use besides the one in the bathroom and a hair dryer as we were trying to get ready at the same time.

Rooms are very clean, modern, very comfortable. Backyard area very family friendly with safe fire puts, and wood available, picnic tables, and well kept landscaping. Staff so friendly, helpful. Little breakfast nook in front office offers just enough grab and go to get everyone fed and out the door making a quick start to your day. We really enjoyed the nearby restaurant too for carry out which we enjoyed in the back near the fire pits. Cannot rec. The Inn at Rye Place enough.

Honestly the best hotel stay ever for us. Will certainly return!

We received a warm welcome from the front desk staff and found the room to be impeccably clean.

There was a loud group of people that were out around fire pit between 12:30 and 1am being insensitive to guests who might have been sleeping. It would have been nice to have had someone from the Inn to tell these individuals to please quiet down.
