Will never stay again

The man that checked us in was nice and helpful

The beds were very hard website stayed breakfast was included but was not. When we checked in was told to park in front because cars are not safe in back. Tv had bright dots throughout the screen

The over night staff was excellent... If I had a issue they did everything they could to help.

The first room I had, was not very clean, not a big problem, I cleaned it. There was no phone in the room, again I can deal with that. There was only 3 working outlets, no remote for the TV, but most importantly... there was no heat. I went to the front desk, the night staff immediately gave me a new room, with many apologies... the room I moved to, I had to clean again...the tub/shower, the toilet, there was BM on the wall and toilet paper holder, and the bathroom floor. The microwave (inside) was covered in grease and baked on food, the flat surfaces(top of fridge, table, nightstand etc..)had dried food stuck to them. The bed skirt on both beds had either grease or vomit on them. There were cracker crumbs everywhere, so I had a portable vacuum in my car and vacuumed. I brought my own bedding and pillows,so I did not turn the beds back (I was a little afraid to do so)it had taken me well over an hour By this time it was after midnight, I was tired, I had driven for over 7 hours before checking in,then cleaned two rooms, and the latest room was now clean ... so I took a shower and retired. The next morning, I asked the "Day person" for a couple of extra towels... I was told... and I quote "didn't you get towels last night?" I stated yes, a hand towel and a bath towel.. she said (again I quote) "when you bring those back, you can get another" Needless to say, I stopped at a local store and bought my own towels and bathmat.

Never Again Staying at DAYS INN!!!

The receptionist were Ok

--No Breakfast. The hotel charged me for breakfast. At the check in , the lady said, "You get a granola bar and orange juice, thats it!. In the morning, when I went to the front desk, it was all empty. There was a different lady. She said no breakfast casuse of COVID. Covid restrictions have been lifted over a Year and half!!! LOL. There was actually no arrangement for breakfast anywhere! --Dirty dingy rooms. Felt like all the residents were high or drunk. Very poor condition overall. --There were uncleaned pee on the carpet. The bathroom electric socket was exposed !

No TV after they advertised their large flat screen TVs in every room. No breakfast as they advertised. No pictures on the wall, no microwave, no hair dryer, no coffee maker, no ice bucket, no cups, no closet or rack of any kind to hang our clothes, no alarm clock, no WIFI! In addition, the curtains in our room were torn, we could not bathe or shower in the tub that was stained and disgusting. The windows were filthy, filthy, filthy. The person at the front desk was helpful and tried to get our TV working, We spent 3 hours trying to get TV. I finally called Netflix and was able to watch Netflix after more than 3 hours of trying to get the TV tobwork We fell asleep mid way through the movie. We were too stressed out about how lacking our room was.

WORSE HOTEL EXPERIENCE FOR BOOKING.COM EVER. TAKE THEM OFF THE SITE.

All the staff did speak to you when you entered the property.

They did not offer breakfast as advertised. The staff seemed to hang around and lounge. They seemed overwhelmed. I felt the need to wipe and spray the room with Lysol and Clorox wipes. Paid too much for this experience and all the other hotels were booked so I had no choice.

It did not happen....whose fault was it?

When I arrived I was told that despite having a reservation, they did not have a room available. I ended up searching for a room on my own at 9:00 pm. This left a very negative impression of both the Days Inn and doing any future bookings through Booking.com. I will hestitate to use your service in the future.

I was not impressed at all. Actually wanted a refund

There was absolutely NO breakfast, and no pool/hot tub..both of those are the reason why we chose this motel. The juice machine was broken, they had a toaster and microwave in lobby, but absolutely NO FOOD!??? Only coffee. Was listed that they had breakfast.

They didn't have any wash clothes clean until about 9:30pm, went to check-in at 3:30/4pm and they said to come back because the room wasn't ready yet. Staff looked trashy, 1 walked around with a half cigarette in her mouth. They all argued with eachother about not having towels for guests etc...very disappointed

The staff was very friendly Received immediate help with my tv remote not working

The pool was closed for remodeling (the pool was one reason I chose there) Funny smell throughout the building. Rusty, nasty ironing board in room with no cover. Bathroom ceiling was dirty looking. Floors looked like they weren't vacuumed Sheets had stains on them The flip lock on the door was broken so had to use ironing board to have better security Window to room was open and there was no screen on window After returning home, we couldn't find my daughter's kindle....I called to see if they had found it in our room by chance. Was told they would check and call me right back but never received call back

Pleasant

The staff was friendly and helpful. If I needed something (extra towels or blanket), my request was tended to right away. Also, the Walmart is right next door.

It says that there is an indoor pool. Service was not available.

When we got there to check in, the building inspector had shut them down due to a fire a few weeks prior. Wish we would have known.

I liked nothing about this place

No toilet paper No towels had to go get a towel from front desk and they only gave us one for 2 people. Pool was closed for remodel. Parking lot needs repaved. Just ghetto

Not much. Pretty bad location.

The room was in horrible condition. The breakfast room was full of construction materials so I couldn’t eat there. I wasn’t given towels.
