Easy walk to Epcot, nice evening restaurants and bars on site

Would of liked longer hours for evening snacks after being at the Disney Parks.

I love the resort itself even though I didn't get to enjoy or see all the resort had. I only could stay one night. Customer service was excellent specially the lady who check us in she made my birthday very special. Thank u

The busses didn't run every 20 minutes as stated they ran along longer picking u up at the resort and alot longer coming to pick u up at the parks. The pillow were very hard and there wasn't lot to them.

The swan and Dolphin properties are absolutely beautiful with top notch amenities. The restaurants are amazing. The lounges are great. Would stay here again and again.

Безобразнейший отель, хамские работники на ресепшн, 5 часов не могли привезти заказанную заранее детскую кроватку, нет шведского стола на завтраке,приходится с двумя детьми ждать по часу несьедобную, пережаренную яичницу. Есть кафешка, в которой хоть как-то можно накормить детей, отсояв огромную очередь Отелю плевать на клиентов,их толпы

Location and ability to use the boats as transport to assist with unwinding from a busy day of walking. Boat staff were very friendly.

Pillows were too puffy.

Excellent location to Epcot and Hollywood Studios with more affordable access to the Disney Boardwalk area and the Friendship boat circuit. Really great food options right on site including coffee shop called Java. Use the mobile app to order ahead! Life saver in the AM

Doors are very thin and any noise is easily heard. Adjoining room had loud talkers and were easily audible through the walll late at night. Would be a real issue with kids I’d assume. Anyways it seems to draw a convention and business type crowd given it’s attached to a convention center but just figured people should know that it was quite busy w professionals partying about.

Location, smart, short walk to Epcot. We booked it for new ears eve party there.

$35 car park fee overnight when Disney hotels have cancelled that now

Great location for walking into Epcot and Hollywood Studios

It is no longer part of the Disney bus system, which means it’s own buses do not drop you at the same place as Disney buses. For example it drops at the Ticket Station rather than the Magic Kingdom entrance which is a bit of a pain. You have to pay £30 a day to park your car, which is real rip off. Finally the only place for a sit down breakfast at he Sean is currently closed on Tuesday and Wednesday.

By far this property is the best location to get to all the parks and has many excellent restaurants to choose from. All other resorts lack something. This one has it all and next the boardwalk to top it all off. The beds are super comfortable, the rainfall shower-head is excellent and the a/c is nice and cold just the way I like it.

No buses to Disney Springs.

Hotel reception one in particular so miserable, unhappy, and unwelcoming. The complete opposite as to what's expected with Christmas and disney. Food choice in hotel poor and very expensive, my choice pick somewhere else.

Not very good, no tables for the kids to sit at.

The pillows in the room are garbage, can’t sleep on such pillows.

O melhor lugar do mundo! Já fiquei algumas vezes neste hotel e no seu parceiro Dolphin e ambos estão extremamente bem localizados. Ouso dizer que é a melhor localização de qualquer hotel dentro do complexo Disney! Tudo é muito bonito, prático, com facilidades de locomoção (inclusive a poucos minutos do EPCOT e do Hollywood Studios). O quarto é bom (parecido com quase todos do complexo), com bom banheiro, amenities, muitas opções de alimentação, transporte para os demais parques do complexo, além de contar com praticamente, um parque aquático, lavanderia, bares noturnos… Volto pra ficar quantas vezes for para Orlando!

Não tenho do que reclamar. Aliás, nosso check-in foi antecipado e ganhamos um quarto com sacada. Tudo perfeito

Strategic location to the theme parks

Rooms can be cleaner, blanket and sheets were stained, carpeted floor is very dusty and stained

The room was clean and the location to Epcot and Hollywood Studios was excellent. The ticket and attraction salesman working in the Disney store in the Swan hotel was very polite and helpful. He put all three of our park tickets on one card each for my husband and I. So much easier to keep up with.

We had a great experience! The Swan is a great place to stay!

Close location to parks, restaurants in resort or across the way at the Dolphin, beauty of the property, rooms were nice and ability to do other things at resort.

Work being done on the building, tv in room was an hour behind time on the tv guide and didn’t air an 8:20 Sunday night football game which you could only watch if you went to a restaurant or across the way to the Dolphin, reservation guest count was messed up some how, sheer cost of buying anything jacks up the already high resort stay bill, taking buses to 2 other parks (no real way to get around that), at one point we waiting 45 minutes (transportation is supposed to be every 20-25 minutes) at Disney Springs to be picked up to be brought back to the Swan.

Everything except what I am mentioning on the box below this one as to what I didn’t like.

The tables for 4 at the Italian restaurant at the Swan and in Rosa Mexicana at the Dolphin are way too small. The service was very slow at both these restaurants as well. The service at Shula’s was excellent, but prices were way too much, and the regular martinis are not up to par, in my opinion. Overall, I was not too happy with any of the 3 restaurants, although the food at all 3 was very good. Also, it’s very uncomfortable with kids in tow when you want to have breakfast outside the little convenience store. Tiny tables don’t help. Service was good at the little convenience store. And one of the queen beds in the room I stayed at had dried blood on it. But otherwise the room looked clean, and the housekeeping staff was very responsive to my needs. Overall it was a very good stay. I would stay there again.
