Loved everything. The rooms were smaller than I expected and the bathrooms are small.

The property is beautiful! The staff were all friendly and welcoming. It was clean and the restaurants were all great! Also the shuttle service by the resort to magic kingdom and Disney springs was extremely helpful!

Clean room, friendly staff. Boat to Epcot and Hollywood . Bus ride to animal kingdom about 15 minutes . Additional time in Park when you stay at hotel- for magic kingdom until 1 am
No microwave in a room, one for a couple levels. Not comfortable with little kids . Too far for Magic Kingdom. Bus stop for animal kingdom a little bit too far from park entrance.

Good location and clean
Overall it could have been a very good experience. However, there was one night where our key card didnt work. We came back from the park and found out the key didnt work. Walked back to the lobby and saw a pretty long line for reception. Only 2 staff were there. We waited in line and finally the staff fix the key card for us. Went back to the room and again it didnt work. Came back up and have to .. again .. wait in line .. The staff said something wrong w the door lock itself so will call security to check.. Another wait… so in total we had to an hour-ish of walking back and forth between room and lovby and waiting for the key card to work..
would be great if they have more staff to help handle guest’s issue…

The pool and restaurants were outstanding. We loved being so close to the Disney World parks but also feeling like we had room to walk around without it being crowed.
The bus transportation from the resort was not very frequent. We often had to walk from another property.

Near Epcot
Air was not working well; 2 maintenance staff came in to fix; we upgraded to a fireworks view but missed the fireworks because we dealt with ac workers.

Bed fantastic, excellent mattress and sheets, bathroom ugly but great water pressure
toiletries are terrible for skin and burn intimate areas not a good choices

I liked that it was close to Disney and it was a big resort with a lot going on.
They had one parking lot closed off due to construction so it was hard to find a parking spot with so many people. We had to park on the side of the parking lot and if that was filled up you had to get valet. That was inconvenient.

We love the Swan and the Dolphin. The convenience is key. We only had to take our car out of parking one time to go to Wilderness Lodge for dinner. The rest of the time we relied on the water taxis and busses.
The front entrance was under rennovation so check in and check out was a bit disorganized

We love the hotel. Restaurants at our fingertips and the boat to Epcot was a blast for our son.

The staff was wonderful. They helped us extend our stay at the hotel. They also helped my daughter with a reservation issue that wasn't entirely their fault. The stay was arranged by a 3rd party site. They really when the full mile. This is the second time I have stayed at this resort.
It maybe not entirely an issue that was theirs.. I had problems with my room key. I know that one time it wasn't their fault. So it's not all their bad. They always were helpful fixing the issue in a timely manner. The only other issue is self parking at night their self parking lot always seems to fill up especially on weekends.

Excellent location for our visit to Epcot.
The people were all fantastic.
It could use a little updating, for example, of the bathrooms.
The resort fee coupled with extra charges for parking seems excessive. Although the park transportation services are excellent.

pools, location and lovely room! Best decision ever. We had planned to stay at an airport hotel but changed our mind as family were at Disney so we booked close to them.
we were hungry and couldn't even take food away from in hotel restaurant as they said they were too busy. But, they did conceded when I send I would order then ask for a take away box immediately.

The property is beautiful, very well maintained and beautiful halls. The pool was also fun and nice
The room was super small, with no room for languages. The bathroom was so tiny that it was hard to get into the bathtub. The restaurants in the hotel were ridiculously expensive.

Me perdí de realizar el recorrido a el complejo y los demás hoteles, disfrutar de los restaurantes de los otros hoteles del complejo y las actividades que se hacen y como huspede teníamos derechos. Solo el día que ya nos retirábamos del hotel nos enteramos de esto.

I has stayed at the Dolphin 3 years ago and my experience with the Disney buses and overall connection with WDW was smoother. This time around, the buses would leave us in the Transportation Center at Magic Kingdom instead of closer like before, and like the other disney buses. I would reconsider staying here because I felt a huge disconnection from disney. No magic hours either.

Location to Animal Kingdom. We loved the choice of restaurants and we really enjoyed walking the Boardwalk nearby.
The pools were freezing. We had expected heated pools or at least somewhat warm water. So we didn’t get to enjoy the beautiful grotto like we had expected.

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Zimmer war sauber und mit schönem Ausblick. Personal war freundlich, hilfsbereit und sehr bemüht. Busshuttel zu den Parks und Disney Springs funktioniert unkompliziert.

Closeness to Disney parks. Valet staff was stellar. Bellhops were awesome. Front desk very professional in light of some issues we dealt with. Ninshoka…hope I spelled correctly it was early..very caring and helpful.
Not having housekeeping taken care of on Thursday until two calls and being asked when we wouldn’t be there..didn’t take place til 6pm. Then Saturday, got back from Magic Kingdom to a not so magical full garbage that hadn’t been removed. Front desk did comp us $100 though. Just less than expected from a Marriott.

The property was very pretty
The bartender was rude. the rooms were too small the beds were small and the neighboring room was very noisy and disturbing at all hours of the night.

Personalul- ai senzația ca vorbești cu niște roboti fără personalitate, Învățați sa spună 3 cuvinte pe care le folosesc in orice context.
Parcare cu plată. La prețurile lor ar trebuii să albă parcare gratis pentru clienți.
Percep un depozit care nu are logică. Cine-și permite un asemenea hotel nu fuge cu prosoapele. E jignitor. Te tratează ca pe un hoț de la început.
