Perfect for our needs!

Great shower! Had awesome direct tv and great location right off the highway for a quick stop for a night’s rest. We all really slept well. Quiet!

sink had a constant drip and the sink finish was highly worn away. Smoke smell in the family room. Beds were not very comfortable.

An affordable option.

It was very clean. Very nice people. Affordable option. I would stay there again.

The rooms are dated, but well maintained. The bed and pillows were a bit hard.

I was very satisfied with how clean and quiet the room is. It’s a great value for an inexpensive hotel.

The hotel is located in a quiet residential area next to main roads.

for what I paid it was a fine quick stay. beds were comfy and it was nice and warm.

right off 35. I like train noise and there is plenty of that so that to me is a plus.

needs some maintenance. tack strip was exposed on the way to the bathroom so we all got to step on that!

Right price but you get what you pay for. My dogs loved it.

I loved the location and that my dogs were allowed.

I didn't like the parking lot. It had snowed 2 days prior and the parking lot had not been cleared. The employee working had cleared the side walk but shoveled the snow so you HAD to walk thru the pile to get to the sidewalk.

it was a cheap price for what I got.

it was nice to park right outside my room.

There’s nothing around it so for food you have to drive. it is close to the highway.

Good

The owner and staff were friendly and helpful. The maid helped me to find my lost keys.

The last room I was in had a leaky faucet, some broken things and was dingy. The first room was much better and everything worked.

The price was great, but you get what you pay for!

The room smelled clean on arrival. The A/C blew plenty of cold air and the refrigerator was cold as well. The WiFi worked well and the TV was large with a good selection of channels. We didn't use the microwave, but it was nice to know that it was there.

The carpet could have used cleaning. The A/C blew air with a foul musty odor. The caulk around the toilet base was dirty. The tub didn't drain well. The mattress felt lumpy and soft yet we slept well and it seemed more comfortable than we first thought. After reading the previous reviews, I expected the room to be better.

I would DEFINATELY stay here again!

The room far exceeded my expectations. The room is very large and has been re-painted and re-decorated in the last 3 years. So, the older outside does not indicate the inside of the room. The bed was good, large TV and refrigerator + microwave. Plenty of room to spread out + a small table with two chairs. The room was a great value. The location is right off the highway, but is also on the outskirts of Emporia. So a bit out of the way, if you are not using the highway that is close by. However, if you have a car -- do not let this stop you from going to this establishment.

There was NOTHING I did not like.

Clean Affordable. Good nites rest!

The front desk clerk was so friendly.. The beds were comfortable to sleep in, I was happy it had a fridge and microwave handy. The room smelled a little dated but the AC was awesome!

The the older smell the room had, but the stay was great.

This is more of a place for the value of a clean room with good basic amenities.

There was no breakfast but I wouldn't expect it at this price. It was a basic, clean room. The people running it were very nice. The value was very good. Trains go by often. I think if you are traveling with more than one person, you're good.

If you are traveling alone, it may feel a bit not as secure as other places. One of the lightbulbs was out. It was an outdoor entrance to the room but the place was VERY well lit, the grounds clean and well kept.

A no frills - place to rest your head for the night kind of place.

Location was great. Room was clean. Friendly staff.

Our only issue would be that our room was to be a non- smoking room and had a stale smoke smell.
